Booked 5/25 Excursions - Anyone Else?

Just got off the phone with Disney...after much debate and lots of hard decision-making, hubby and I have finally settled on our excursions for the 5/25 Western Caribbean sailing. They are:
Key West
Sail & Snorkel Tour (Hubby) and Key West Beach Break (Me)
Grand Cayman
Island Tour and Snorkeling with Stingrays
Cozumel
Tropical Jeep Safari Tour
It was sooo hard to not choose Xcaret, but since we have been there already, we wanted to try something new. Hubby is a big snorkeling fan, but I wanted a chance to ride the Conch Train (included with the beach day), so we're splitting up in Key West. I know there are lots of DISers on 5/25...anyone else doing those excursions?

We just realized a little while ago that we're on the same cruise with you. It'll be nice to finally meet you two!

We're totally undecided on the excursions. We are intrigued by the eco-kayak thing in Grand Cayman. That's about it. Still haven't booked anything yet.

I think we're leaning towards heading out on our own. I need a persuasive sales pitch. It was much easier on the Eastern 7-day because we went later-- after everyone had a chance to tell us what they thought. That's when we knew right away to go with the 12-Metre Regatta.

we were going to kayak in key west but my shoulder is not up to that so we are just going to walk and see the sights, also atlantis sub in grand cayman and xcaret in cozumel
