Do you like the smell of women or men's cologne?

Corey and I both love the smell of men's colognes over the women's scents. It made me wonder if you folks feel the same.

I personally love the smell of Burberry London, D&G, Fierce, CK1, Escape, Full Throttle, and Lucky You on Corey. Corey loves the Obsession Night, Bath & Bodyworks Woodlands, Axe Midnight spray, and a no longer made Avon Musk product on me.

What do you like to wear? What do you like to smell on your partner?

My son wears Hypnose Homme by Lancome. I love it and occassionally (he says it's frequently! LOL) spritz a bit on myself. It smells so good.

I love John Paul Gaultier, le malle, my husband wears that and I also love Givenchy Gentleman.. hard to find but so worth it. Me.. I am perfume junkie.. so I am really bad, love anything that has the fragrance of white flowers, jasmine, gardenia, honeysuckle.., my latest finds are Serge Lutens' A la Nuit and Frederic Malle, Carnal flower.. by Dominique Ropion...

I wear both because it really comes down to scent and my mood. Being a 'mo has some perks and i think wearing whatever fragerence I want is one of them.
So when I do wear "men's" stuff it is CK One Summer 2007 or 2008 (really they are unisex), Eternity, Nautica Voyage and Deseo by Jennifer Lopez for men (the drydown smells like one the scents from Soarin' that's why I love it).

Now when i wear "women's" that is a much longer list. I prefer fruity light things not harsh woodsy or spicy stuff hence why I don't wear alot of men's stuff. So here are the "perfumes" I wear

Only a few do anything for me. My favorite is Chanel Allure Homme Sport. It just has a smell that reminds me of masculine passion. Good passion. None of that cheap garbage. :hippie:

Mostly, I like a faint scent of soap on men :goodvibes (although I have a contract employee who wears something citrusy (Maybe CK1) that smells really good on him). DH is not a cologne kinda guy and neither are my oldest two boys. The two younger ones are still experimenting -- sometimes it's good and sometimes it'll run you right out of the room.

I'm a TOTAL junkie for Lush's Happy Hippy (mostly pink grapefruit and I think a touch of bergamot) shower gel. (Sadly, it doesn't come in cologne -- I would SO spend my last $10.00 on it if it did) My DDIL wears Clinique's Happy which is perfect for her. My daughter is not too big into scents at all -- as far as I can tell.

Reading back on this -- I'd say I lean towards girl/unisex fragrances -- with predominantly citrus notes.

It depends.
DH doesn't wear fragrance. I bought him some different scents when we were dating but he has never been in the habit of wearing it. I think I have thrown out all of the ones he had because they were so OLD.
I wear women's fragrance when I wear perfume. Typically I just wear scented lotion - vanilla or lime/coconut from Bath & Body.
I have a bad habit of buying fragrance and not ever wearing it. I have some "Euphoria" that I really like, I just never think to wear it. Or I will use half of a bottle and then buy something new and never finish the old one.

funny thing, I discovered it a few years back in Toronto, thanks to my hubby and his belly.
we were walking down the street and he spotted the Lush store, seeing all the bowls of fresh lotions and such in the window, he thought it was FOOD and went in and of course I followed and upon discovering what it was..........I was hooked!!!!!!!!

Hot Couture Givenchy.... love it, love smelling like a woman. I bought it in France at the World. Makes me think of my time at WDW so it is a double the pleasure. I like my woman to smell like a woman... so I am into the women's fragrances more than the men's. Although... i have smelles some pretty great men's cologne's on both men and women... so it just depends.
