I will be staying at the Rosen Centre Hotel for Tupperware Jubilee in August. Can anyone tell me about this hotel? What are the rooms like? Amenities? How to I get to WDW from there as I am arriving a day early and don't have meetings until 5 the first day of Jubilee. THen after I will move to Ft WIlderness for 4 nights before heading home to Miami. You know I couldn't go to Orlando and skip the parks :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

This is by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in! We got bumped here from the Comfort Inn LBV in 1995 and 1996 ($30/night). The hotel and service are amazing, you will love it. Have a great time!

Hi,

As far as getting to the Disney area, Mears would probably be the least expensive way.

I will have my own car. I have a power wheelchair and the car is rigged for my equipment. Plus I now have a friend and fellow consultant going with me for the trip. He will proably be doing the driving.

Hi Tupperqueen, we stayed one night at the Rosen Centre several weeks ago. Its a big, bustling convention hotel. It has about 24 floors. They have a nice pool area with two jacuzzi's and a children's pool. The lobby floor is big. They have a fancy restaurant, a casual restaurant, and a deli. There is also a tiki bar by the pool and a lobby bar. The rooms themselves are standard hotel rooms. We had two double beds in our room. The employees were helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

Jane,
Did they offer any transportation to the parks? Was the I-ride trolley convenient?

We had our own car so never checked into the trolley or park transportation. You may want to check out their website Rosencentre.com or else give them a call to find out for sure.

i've stayed there twice...nice large pool and sundeck.

My only complaint is the walls seemed paper thin...i could hear the people in the next room plain as day when they got back at 2 AM.
