Arthurs 21 in Wyndham Palace or Christini's in Dr. Phillip's.
Pizzaria Uno on International Dr...this restaurant started in Chicago and is slowly making its way to bigger cities...the menu is extensive, but it is known for the pizza...it is the best pizza we have ever had...we eat there several times on each of our yearly trips to Orlando. It is Chicago style pie type pizza with 3 inches of sauce and tomatoes...lots of cheese...it takes a while for the pizzas to cook, but it is worth the wait...it is soooo good

Bahama Breeze is located at 8735 Vineland Ave. Go to: BahamaBreeze.com for more info!;) I love the way this resteraunt is represented...the theme is great! It has a spring running through it and its nice and relaxing. They also have a store where you can buy mugs, t-shirts etc. Check it out, the food is good too!:D

Thanks for the website idea, Poohbear. Looks like it's not too appropriate for kids, though. Even though there is a kids menu, seems like they're more adult-oriented than family-oriented, no?

Another vote for MYTHOS and Pizzeria Uno. I don't consider it a TRIP until I've had lunch at those places. I have only been to the PU on 535, across from Goodings.

We've had a great time at Margaritaville -- Universal Studios -- don't have to be a Parrot Head to go --- and it's definitely a party -- from the projection screen on the wall, to the entertainers (wait staff) making balloon animals and hats for young and old alike. Lots of things to buy at their gift shop too.

There was a table with a "family" of 3 kids, so yes kids are welcome. If not, they would NOT have a childrens menu! They had high chairs and booster seats!;)

Steak-n-Shake is a burger chain. The feature steak burgers and milkshakes that are to die for. They are based out of the midwest, but are slowly spreading about the country. There are several in Orlando, including 1 on 192 and one not far from Downtown Disney...near crossings I believe.

Just a question about Steak-n-Shake:
Is it counter service (fast food-style) or sit down (Johnny Rockets-style)?
Thanks!

Steak-N-Shake is a sit-down(table service) restaurant. My family and I tried this restaurant when we were in Orlando in November. We all loved it! My kids wanted to eat there every night! (They are milkshake fanatics) The shakes are awesome and the burgers are good too. We were staying at Cypress Pointe and Steak-N-Steak was within walking distance, in the strip mall adjacent to us. The other great thing about it is that they had a drive-thru, which we thought was weird for a sit-down restaurant, but it was great to be able to get food and head back to our condo.

Wiggle: Bahama Breeze is a Darden Restaurant. They also own Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Smokey Bones BBQ. All the Darden Restaurants are kid friendly(I should know, I work for them).:p The kids menu does'nt have anything too wild on it, so they'll find something to eat. I work at Red Lobster, and it's good, but Bahama Breeze is the bomb with sugar on top.:D I ate at the one in Las Vegas last month and Darden is all about consistency, so I'm confident the Orlando store is just as good. Enjoy:) :) :)
Cheers:)
