Counter service plan

Has anyone done the counter service dining plan? I just found out this was an option and was curious to about others experience with it. Did you feel like you saved money by doing it? Would you recommend it to others?

Nobody has yet had any experience with this plan except to be able to book it as part of their package. It does not start until January 1, 2009.
