Hello All,
I'm a bit of a veteran DWer ... but that includes a 20 year absence! I grew up two hours away from Disney World, and remember the park well when it was the Magic Kingdom only - I was totally smitten. We went often, I had the park memorized, and I even made a huge 3d scale model out of posterboard when I was twelve - on our ping pong table.
I'm excited to be visiting DW again in six days! We're staying for four days at the Pop Century, and we have Park Hoppers for all four days. Just mentioned to my traveling companions that the first several times I was at DW, the *only* hotels were the Contemporary and the Polynesian - which they thought was nuts. They're more recent fanatics, and know the other parks well. We've only disagreed on a *few* things, LOL. :crowded:
I'll miss Mr. Toad and If You Had Wings, but I am super excited to be on my way back! :banana: :cool1: :cloud9: :wizard: :dance3: I've been researching like mad (a lot of that here, of course)! Thanks for all the good stuff on the forums at Dis!
I have some questions, nothing earth-shattering, but I'll try to search for some answers or post them in the correct forum area.
