DD hotels and buses

My mother and elderly aunt will be going to Epcot to see the flower show. I suggested that they stay at Hotel Royal Plaza but how do the buses work? We have only stayed at AS before and the buses are great.

Help- I really need some answers FAST!

I stayed at non-Disney property at Downtown Disney in January. We received an ID card at check-in which allowed us transportation on the free bus to Disney. There was a posted schedule and they ran about every 20-25 minutes in the morning, and less frequently in the afternoon. We were quite pleased with the service.
