as you all know I have a problem on one of my feet and I have to use crutches.. so I end up really tired. I don't know if you all know but Italian education is having a crisis and my film school will maybe close due to financial crisis. I'm only on the first year of college and maybe I would not be able to finish it... film school is something I've been dreaming all my life (since I was 3) so this is really making me a lot more sad. My grandpa is not feeling well in these days and he is at Rome (8hours from Trieste) so I'm a bit worry.....
To add I've seen an episode of South park were they make funny (in an annoing way) of peruvians, my mom is half peruvian (yes! I have an International family:)) so this hurts us deeply. I have also other problems but.....
I wanted to thank the disboards and the podcast team because they make me laugh and make me smile in a hard time, for a while I forget my problems and laugh:laughing: . Pete I'm so proud of you! :goodvibes

yes, now more than ever I think ina year or two I will be studying at the US, hopefully my parents are 100% supportive. But I hope at least I can finish one year here and do not waste my time.

Alessandra,

Life hands us all lemons from time to time. Tis easier to handle the lemons when they arrive one at a time but sometimes they come in a basket. :) If your dream is to go to film school then you will find a way to make your dream happen. The school closing will just be a bump in the road to find your dream.

South Park is South Park. The show makes it's money by picking on other people and their beliefs so I would not let it bother you at all. Why the show would pick on people from Peru is beyond my understanding.
