Where is the character outlet

I've heard about a character outlet near WDW and I would love to try and find it. I thought I read here that there used to be two of them but now only one is open. Could someone tell me where the open one is located, specifically how would I get there from OKW?

From OKW, exit past the guard shack and take a right.
Continue to the end of the road (passing SSR).
Take a right onto North Buena Vista Drive.
At the first light where you can make a left, make a left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard.
Follow through the Hotel Plaza to the intersection of State Road 535.
Take a right onto 535.
Pass under the I-4 overpass.
Take a left onto Vineland Avenue.
The Character Premier is in the outlet center on Vineland...a little bit over a mile down the road. The road will snake a bit before you get there, but just keep going.

FYI...The second one is much further away. It is up near Universal Studios, off of International Drive. The one on Vineland is right outside WDW, just across the highway from the Crossroads shopping center.

There is another close one ("Character Outlet") just a little way from the intersection of 535 and 536. It is in Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores center. Here is a link that includes a map:
