Hello All

I've just been checking the Eurostar website for the new train timetable. We are travelling on 14th December from Ashford and the time when we booked and on our confirmation and our tickets state a departing time of 10.28.

On checking the revised timetable, it seems that there is not a 10.28 train from Ashford, only a 9.28 which has now changed to 09.13 (train 9074, which is what is on our tickets).

Anyway, geting worried - rang Eurostar and the lady said that there hasn't been a 10.28 train for a YEAR!, and she didn't know why that time was on our tickets. She said that the 09.13 was what we would be getting on, but this all seems abit odd to me. I worry at the best of times, and this is not helping!

Is anyone else travelling from Ashford on 14th December?

Oh, and Hi everyone, great site!

Thats odd because my ticket for january 5th leaves at 10.28 aswell but obv now leaves earlier due to the revised timetable.

Strange.

We abandoned the idea of going via Eurostar when they couldn't allocate any seats together and give a correct time of departure! We'll already be in the park when you depart as we went for the Eurotunnel and drive the night before, stay in a cheap holiday inn and be in for 8am!

I've always travelled by eurostar and never had a problem.

I loooooooooooove the eurostar.

Just not the fact that they dont seem to find it necessary to alert customers with tickets to any changes in service.

My favourite method of travel!!
