View Full Version : Made 1st Reservation -- VERY EXCITED

I have just made our very 1st reservation to go home! We are going to Hilton Head during the Memorial Day week next year! I just wanted to share my good news with everyone. I am a major lurker of this board and have gained a lot of wisdom from reading the posts. I don't post very often, but I appreciate those of you who do, so that I can learn from your experiences!

Congratulations on your first visit as a member to your beautiful home! We hope to be there that same week--went last year at that time and fell in love. Our DNiece, now age 6, has been to WDW 4 times and likes it very much but she was more concerned about getting back to HHI than WDW. See you at the campfire!

How wonderful, I also just booked a Memorial weekend vacation, but at AKV. Have a great trip!

Congratulations! Sounds like you booked it at the 7 month mark so HH isn't your home resort? If so, I like hearing that. Maybe DH and I will consider a HH holiday weekend trip sometime in the future.

Congrats!! Have a great time. HH is my happy place!! Be sure to rent bikes and explore the resort and the island.:)

Thank you all for welcoming me home! We were able to book a dedicated 2 bedroom today, which was the 7 month mark. Our home resort is Saratoga Springs. We purchased at Saratoga Springs this summer while I was home on maternity leave with our 2nd baby. We had visited Disney last November with our then 2 1/2 year old. We enjoyed being on property so much, that I couldn't wait to research DVC. We purchased at Saratoga Springs, sight unseen! We hope to go home to Saratoga Springs November 2009! And cannot wait :cool1:
