Hard to say. Some people have been successful at these moves and others have been told no. I'd call All Stars and ask. If they say no, call again another day, and keep calling until you (hopefully) get lucky and someone says yes. Then, make a note of the date, time, their name, everything about the conversation, and use that info to get your things moved if you have a problem.

...problem I foresee is the fact that you are going from a Disney resort to a "non"Disney one. I will be transferring from CBR to WL so there is no problem. Call ahead to make sure....:)

Disney will only transfer luggage from a Disney resort to another Disney resort. We asked about getting luggage moved from BWV to Dolphin which is right next to each other and we were told no. I really couldn't blame Disney on this one, it makes sense to me. You can always take a cab and move your own luggage.
