I did it, I booked YC Concierge

I booked my vacation through AAA for the discount, so I was wondering when the concierge people would contact me. Do they wait me me to pay off the trip, because I don't have to pay until 45 days before I leave? (A) I'm still saving the money, (B) I have in an interest bearing account and I don't want to lose any interest on all that money. I was wondering because I have a number of PS's I want to make. I'm going in December, so I know I have some time to hear from them.

Thank goodness for overtime.

Congratulations!!
I am not sure about the YC but with the Poly I booked about a mth ago for June and just recieved our itinerary today. But i have always waited late to book mine. If you don't hear from them about a mth out call or email them.
You can go ahead and book the PS yourself and just let concierge know what you have already booked. I did then had to ask them to change a couple of things around when we added a day to our stay.
Can anyone else help her out alittle more that has stayed at YC concierge?

stayed at the YC concierge last November. If I remember right, we received a package in the mail in September. It contained a sheet for itinerary planning, a key card for use in the elevator to get you to the concierge level, and a sheet with the names, phone numbers, and email address for the CMs in the Itinerary planning office.

If you want to get a PS for a popular restaurant for a specific time, I would suggest booking it yourself as early as you can and not wait for the packet in the mail.

I don't think I had paid for the trip already before the package came.

My husband and I were there for Feb. school vacation, I am a teacher. It was our 30th anniversary and I had the concierge book all of our PS. We had a perfect patio seat at R&c and a window seat at Cindy's to view the fireworks. They were wonderful in getting last minute PS for other places we decided to eat while there. I cannot say enough about the staff here. It was the best trip ever. I am sure we received our paket about 2 months before our trip.
