MS Opening Times

Please can anybody advise us of the daily opening times we require to speak to confirm ressie, I thought they opened at the weekend but no. PS We tried twicw on thursdays evening and were on hold for 20 mins from the U.K. which can be expensive as it's not toll free.

Member Services hours are 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Eastern Time. On Thursday evening they are open to 7:00 p.m. You can also communicate with them via e-mail if that would help cut down the phone charges.
