Does anyone know what this consists of? Is it enough to just serve this at cocktail hour?

Its all we served at our cocktail hour for 56 people and they did a really nice job with it. There were several kinds of meats, 3 or 4 cheeses (including amazing mozzerella with pesto) breadsticks, crackers, olives, and some other stuff that I can't remember but it was plenty of food for everyone

We served just this at our cocktail hour & everyone raved about it. It has meats & cheeses as well as breads and such. I think there was also shrimp. I didn't actually get to see it, but thats what was on our plate that our planner brought to us.

I think it was worth the price & was plenty of food.

Do you happen to know what the current price is?

That's what we are getting too! Our planner said it can even be modified a little to your tastes. We requested that ours include Caprese (Tomato & Mozzarella) Salad.

We are having this also but not at our prereception (which is really sounds like it should go). At our prereception we are having a fruit display and muffins and croisants from our Tinkerbell brunch menu. We are having the breakfast and lunch portion at our reception (make your own omlettes, make your own crepes, bacon, sausage, bagels, lox, parm crusted chicken, pasta salad) and we felt the things on the Antipasta Display went better with our brunch food rather then our prereception food and since it is a buffet everone can take whatever they want.
