What is Commodore House?

I saw this on the map of OKW but there is no description in the key. What is this?

The Commodore House is the former DVC sales office. It was torn down to make room for building 62.

There is a current map of OKW here at DIS. The Commodore House was removed in 1997 to make room for building 62. It was the original sales office for DVC, but was unneccesary when BWV opened.

It also was home to the infamous ice cream parlor for the treat after the tour.
