Does this seem fair???

I called CRO and made ressies for June 28-July2(I usually go thru a TA but after reading everything here on how it is cheaper to book everything seperate I thought I would try it) well anyway, I called back today (3 days later) my brother and family wanted to go also so I wanted to book another room, I had the room for 83.00 a night with a AAA discount, well when I called today they had the wrong dates down and for the dates I wanted there are no AAA discounts available. I asked her to check on a couple of the codes I got off mousesavers and she said there was no discounts available for those dates these are for ASMo. So now the rate is 110.00 It would of been cheaper to book with AAA for the resort magic plan I just may do that.

This happened to me one time. They booked me a whole month prior to the date I wanted and the date we had planned to go was a holiday weekend. So I called CRO and explained what happened ultimately I talked to several CMs and after a lengthy hold they were able to get us in at the rate we had requested. So you might want to call back, kill them with kindness and explain how this was really their error and you should not be penalized for it. It cant hurt.
