JerseyJanice -- my DW and I leave 5/14 for 8 nights at WL. I am down to counting hours -- I know it's a lot, but we love WL. It's the best kept secret at Disney.

My only regret is that my knees won't allow us to be a flag family. I would love to see the view from the top of the lodge, but when we were told it was a fairly extensive climb, I had to back out. Too bad.

We highly recommend -- if you haven't done it -- taking the hidden Mickey's challenge the lodge has. Ask at the front desk for the clue sheet. I admit I am hidden Mickey-challenged -- I'd probably miss one even if it stood up, waved a flag and hit me over the head. But my DW is a wiz at finding them.

Many of us have not stayed at this fabulous resort yet and want to hear about the "inside scoop" of the WL. hey kimmar067! I'll be happy to post about our VWL experience and our experience at WL in June 2000 (it was wonderful!) as soon as my finals are over this coming week!! I have to keep focused and once I start talking about WL...well you can imagine where my focus goes..LOL!!! :)

My family and I are leaving for the Wilderness Lodge June 1. We can't wait. Last year we stayed at the Dolphin and were very pleased. Will we like the Wilderness as much?:)

5 weeks from tomorrow we leave. This is our 1st time driving and I am told it will take about 18 (lonnnnnnnnggggggggg) hours. I just cant's wait!
We are having Disney withdraw real bad. Our Oct. 01 trip was cancelled because it was just 3 weeks after 911 and my son wouldn't get on a plane, and we didn't have the time to drive. The last time we were at WDW was over a year ago. June can't come fast enough!
