Resale question

We bought into OKW in Sept. Being that it is sold out, is it ever possible to get a small package (50 pts) on a resale? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

They do become available from time to time. They tend to be costly, since the closing costs and broker fees are still considerable in these small contracts.

You might want to contact a resale broker and let them know you are interested, so that if/when a small contract becomes available, they can let you know right away. Good luck!

YOu can also ask DVC to put you on a wait list for add ons. I believe they still do this for small add ons if they become available through buy backs etc.
