Anyone else hear that Tink is gone from Tinkerbells Treasures?

I for one say GOOD! The Disney Story is that is now at Pixie Hollow so she can't be in both places. Now maybe we won't see stampedes to wake her up!!

I think this is AWFUL! I know she can't be in both places, but neither is my daughter. My daughter doesn't know about the "race" to TT in the morning, but when we eventually made our way past the shop, she loved to go in and knock on the dresser, which would always light up a moment later. This is very sad, if its true.

We were in MK on Wednesday at rope drop and tried to get in to wake up Tink. We were told she was on vacation due to the renovations. HTH!

I would never flame Don :love: , but I gotta say this is sort of sad. That dresser just brings a happy tear to my eye. I loved watching my daugther's eyes light up as bright as the light inside!!

Slightly hijacking the topic, IMHO the new "speaking" Tink is another sign of the impending Apocalypse... No matter where she is on WDW mornings.

Tinkerbell....doesn't....speak...


What's next? Eeyore and Zig Ziglar teaming on a motivational speaking tour?!?? :eeyore:

You knew deep down it was true already didn't u...admit it....

I think Tink has always spoken, we just couldn't understand her, now that we are being shrunk down to her size we can speak her language :)

Dangit! I was really hoping to take my ailing MIL there as a surprise and get her to wake up Tink one morning during our trip. :sad2: Tink is her favorite character and I know that she would have gotten such a kick out of it.

Bummer.

But she can meet her in person instead!! Sure beats opening a box and watching lights fly around the store IF you can get there first.

It might be kind of lame, but it's the kind of old school magic that she would get a kick out of. I am sure that we will meet Tinker Bell during our stay, but waking her up was one of those things that I was hoping to get on video.

Maybe I can find a sympathetic CM to spread a little pixie dust on us. :flower3:

Not sure what you mean, but word is that since the refurb of the store is the box is gone. I'm sure we will get a live report soon with all the details.
