I'll be staying at the Poly in December and would like to keep up with my workouts/training while I am there. I'd like to use a treadmill at the health club.

Has anyone here been to that club? How is it? Are there adequate machines, or do you have to wait a while to get on? Any pictures?

As I understand it, the health club is on GF grounds, but Poly guests may use it as well. It is on the walkway between the 2 resorts, not far from the wedding chapel.

Here's two pictures I got off of www.allearsnet.com. I've never used it so I can't say what it's like. You're right though, the Poly shares the GF's health club. It's been my experience with other fitness rooms/health clubs at Disney that they're usually never busy. I guess most people take a vacation from working out :). I'm with you, I enjoy staying on track when I go on vacation with my training/work outs.
