We are going to Disney in late January with our under 2 year old son Nathan. We have the DDP and 6 ADRS (1 for breakfast which we plan to pay cash for and 5 for dinner with DDP). I realize for restaurants with ala carte menus, we can always order off the kids menu for Natha if we don't think he'll like what we order for ourselves. For the buffets (Crystal Palace bkfast and Boma dinner), are we free to get a plate for him or must he share off of our plate? With Boma, I understand there is a kids table; can we take food from that area even though we aren't paying for him?

Thanks!

My son will be 2 in December, so I'm in the same boat. We often eat at buffets for that very reason, he is free to eat anything he wants. He can have his own plate without "sharing" from someone else's. The DDP allows toddlers(under 3) to have their own plates at buffets. Have fun!:)

Don't worry, they don't count the plates...I am funny about my food touching, so I always wind up with four or five plates on the table. ( I don't eat 4 or 5 plates worth of food, I just use a "clean" plate for each type of dish...yes, I know, issues...) My DS, who is now six, has always had his own plate, even before he was over 3, and no problems.
