Palos high tea

Is Palos high tea only offered on 2 days during the 7day Eastern cruise? If so why isnt it offered on the 3rd day? How many ressies can they take per day? Is it in high demand and very difficult to get a ressie?
Does DCL track who got a ressie to brunch, tea and dinner? In other words should we specify what we prefer of the three? Or is it possible for someone to get all three while someone else cant get into Palos at all?

High Tea as well as the Champagne Brunch is offered on all three sea days. And yes you can make one reservation each for the High Tea, Brunch, and Dinner.
