...that reffered to a possible DVC resort planned after EP. Is there any facts/theories/speculations on this? At one point wasn't there an AKL rumor? Just curious, as we are trying to figure out whether to add VB or wait a while.

There are two planned. There will be a resort over at Disney Institute. They are tearing down a portion to build the DVC. We've not heard much about the themeing. And there is a new one over by the golf areas (Eagle Pines? , sorry, not sure of the name) That one has drawings, but I'm not sure if any work has started.

Remember, though, the longer you wait the more it costs!
