Booked hospitality suite and have a ?

Because we're platinum members do you think I might be able to ask for a club level upgrade? Someone told me that the Hospitality suite includes club level but I don't think that taht is correct.

We are platinum also and we have never had the Club included with any of the suites. Club is not one of the platinum upgrades.

It wouldn't hurt to ask, but be prepared to pay extra for Club access if you want it.

When we were there in March, it was a $75.00 a night to add club to our suite at the Portofino.

you can upgrade for a price at any of the 3 hotels.
you can upgrade to club or suite.

hrh and the other hotels have the sign at the check in counter.
