St. James Room and Patio at Boardwalk?

I read on MagicalKingdoms that there is a room at the Boardwalk called the St. James Room and Patio. Has anybody had their reception there or been to a site visit there. Magical Kingdoms only had one pic and it doesn't give a good sense of the room. If anyone has pics or any info on this location I'd appreciate the help!:goodvibes

This location looks awesome... but... in the patio pictures you can see that the hedges may have some sparse spots and there are a few balconies that look down into the patio. Does anyone know if privacy is a problem there?

Is the patio connected to one or two rooms? Does anyone know the additional cost to have the patio as well as the room for the event?
