Package Delivery to Dolphin??????

Can anyone please tell me if the parks and downtown disney offer this service to the Dolphin

Yes, they do. I've had to pick up packages in the gift shop int he past, but, most recently, they were left at the Concierge desk.

In December, our packages were sent to the concierge desk.

Just came home two weeks ago, and although merchants claimed it would take two days for package delivery, the next morning concierge at the Dolphin would always call stating the packages were ready.
