Cold storage at OKW

This is probably on the boards somewhere but I did a search and wasn't able to find this information.
If I do a grocery stop on the way to OKW and my villa isn't ready when we get there, is there someplace to store cold foods??

Yes there is. When we stayed there last Nov., we gave everything to the bell services. We separated the frozen goods from the fridge goods for them and told them which went where. They gave us a tag that said how many bags we put in cold storage, so we were sure to get them all back.

Does that mean that is you got a studio and you have more food than the studio will hold, then they will store if for you?

No Al. They won't store excess food. They will just hold it for a few hours if you get to the resort and your room isn't ready.

Will they hold if for 4 hours? That would be great if we could shop before we checked in.

Yes, they will hold it for you until your room is ready :) I did my shopping before checking in, and my room was not ready for 5+ hours. They just brought it to our room along with the luggage they had been holding since early that day.
