Need info about White Glove American Express clients.

Please let me know which is these treatment. Do we have to pay the WDW resort with this credit card? What is the advantage of using this Credit Card?

Not sure, but I thought you needed to use the card as your room charge. The advantage for me to using the card was that I got a rate of 94.00 a night at a moderate in July, but I needed to charge the room against my card. Maybe not really an advantage anymore because I just noticed that Disney is offering a Summer Saver with the same price at the moderates. That's okay with me, I'm still happy with my rate. At least it's not rack rate.

We got two lanyards with pins at CSR last week for paying with AMEX. We also got 10% off Leave a Legend tile. There are restaurant discounts at certain places in Downtown Disney and 10% off $50 or more total purchases at Downtown Disney DS. Deb Wills has a big list of stuff you get for using AMEX. We took advantage of these things. Also got over 200 Air Miles points too! Sandra

We always use AMEX for the white glove treatment.
Sometimes at checkin the person is not aware of what you get -
make sure you request it and if they are unsure ask them to check.
In the past I have been given the fanny packs and this past trip
the lanyard with 2 pins. Great to keep one and trade the other.
They should also give you a folder with the benefits - I always
spend over $50.00 at the Disney shop in downtown Disney and
get the discount (think it was 15%).

SandraC and Eno, Would you please look in the booklet they give you and tell me what the discount for the Hoop Dee Doo is with the White Glove treatment? I keep getting conflicting information. Is it 10% or 20%? Thanks!
