So do you think that MK views will be among the last to be declared?

The phases seem to be laid out floor by floor, my guess will be 4th floor and above facing MK will be the ones but we will probably not know for sure which rooms are MK view until the rooms are occupied.

What does declared mean?

When phases or other portions of a timeshere are “declared” they are officially entered into the regulating body’s records so that deeds can be generated which reference the specific page and record item for the specific room.

In simpler terms it declares that the points for this room with a timeshare are available for sale and final settlement and are officially part of the timeshare agreement.

It is about 8% of the total points. I think that it is safe to assume that this is enough points to cover those points sold to date plus at least 15 days more but could cover sales to the end of the year it is hard to tell. We will know when they declare more.

Thanks for the info. I had posted a question asking for this information in the operations forum under the title "Member vs. developer inventory at BLT". Sorry if I put it in the wrong place. Several members responded with the unit on their deed (5A, 2B etc.) and as it should be all those tie to what you show in your chart.

As you might guess I like numbers and technical things.

It would actually give us a much better feel for how sales are going if some purchasers would post date of purchase, UY and unit # and if it was an add on.

Purchased BLT Sept 21, Feb UY & unit 2A :)

5C on October 1st with an August use year.

However, it was an add-on, so the use year was tied to our original contract.

For the use year to be relevant do the analysis you are looking to do, posters would probably need to also include whether their use year was assigned by Disney for a new contract or was tied to a previous purchase.
