Just give me a glass of sugar, and a little water as a topping xD.

Seriously though, when I go to Ted's Montana Grill, I still add sugar to the sweet tea. Rock Sugar xD.

It really depends on the kind of tea I'm drinking, but if it's just your regular average tea, I'll put some sugar and lemon in it.

TEA!! Well, I like Twinings Everyday tea, with 2 spoonfuls of sugar, and about 10ml of milk.

Captain D's iced sweet tea no lemon.

its basically a glass of cold, sweet, lemon-y heaven, and they come around with refills every seven minutes.

There are only 3 resturaunts where I really drink tea. And the bad thing is none of them are chain resturaunts, so I have to travel to either alabama, georgia, and one other place right down the road from me to really enjoy sweet tea. But i will drink it at other places. I dont drink anything but sweet tea though. Im such a southern girl...

I only drink tea from chinese restaurants, and I put sweet n low in it.
I've never had the desire to try nestea or any other type of tea. :confused3

Nestea.
The lemon iced tea.

That's the only kind I will drink.
The stuff from the carton heh, I don't like it when it's served at restaurants. It either is too watered down, or too lemony.

TAZO TEA IS HEAVEN IN A HOT STEAMING CUP OF LOVE!!!

SRSLY. (that needs to be a tag...)

Anyway....

If I'm just drinking tea for the sake of drinking tea, I use 3 sugars (about 3 spoonfuls, I believe). If it's in the morning, I take it bitter to help wake me up. For meals, less sweetened- about 1-2 sugars at most.

Never with milk or creamer. Milk and creamer in tea is just wrong to me.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but does tea have that 'leafy" taste to it? I've had iced teas that taste leafy and it's disgusting.

What is this 'un-sweet iced tea' of which you speak? I'm afraid I don't understand you.

I like plain black tea, Earl Grey, and green teas, no lemon for me, except for green tea or unless it's powdered tea; then the lemon-flavor really makes the drink. Two teaspoons of sugar is all a cupful really needs.

Never with milk or creamer. Milk and creamer in tea is just wrong to me.

Yup, yup. Used to drink it that way, but then I had some without and can never go back. Now it sort of makes me sick to see (or worse, SMELL) soupy, milky tea. :crazy1:

(Unless the tea is unbearably bitter, though; then I might add a small bit of milk to mute the harshness. It won't taste as good as un-bitter tea /without/ milk, but it's still drinkable.)

The Sweet Tea at The Cupboard in Memphis is AMAZING. Also at the Cozy Corner. Heck, ALL the sweet tea in Memphis is amazing. I Love sweet tea. I can always drink it. Unless it's like the nestle sweet tea with all the corn syrup I don't like it. It really depends what mood I'm in. I'll drink any on that list. And I enjoy all of them. I really enjoy all types of tea. Here are my favorites:

Southern Sweet Tea
Prince of Wales
Irish Breakfast
English Breakfast
Green Tea
White Tea
Apple Herbal Tea
Chammomile
Chai
Rasberry Herbal Tea
Mint Tea
Celery Tea (I invented it)
Chrysanthemum Tea
Rosemary Tea
Oolong Tea (the kind that smells like burning wood)

Drinking tea is for the intellegent. I refrain from doing something that makes me seem that I'm something I'm not. XP
