Well the first of the two Auctions just closed on Ebay. It was the one for 190 points at BW. It sold for $13,975 ($73.55 per point).

I am in the process of closing for $65 a point at BW. I feel better know knowing that I have a good deal :)

I followed this property as well as I am looking for additional points. I find it hard to believe that anyone would toss out that kind of money without looking at buying new first, which would have been cheaper. Just bidding on E Bay does not mean that a sale has occured, it simply means that, "I'm interested" in the property. I am looking for points, but there is no way in the world I would pay that much money.

I also think that it is silly because of the resale market, but I would definitely buy OKW at $75 before I would buy VWL for $72....to me, the peace of mind with the eleven month window is wort something....I think it is to most people.

I fully agree with the idea that the 11 month window makes things nice and easy, but at that price, I will buy vero in the mid 50's and roll the dice at the 7 month mark. One of the on site properties will be there...I hope I still have not decided if it was a good idea yet, but I currently own at 3 different properties. I still need more BW points though.

I just dont understand why someone would pay $73.55for BW on Ebay when you can find cheaper at timeshare places. Even with closing costs my buy at $65 per point is much cheaper. Maybe this person did look around B4 buying

There is no guarantee this sale will go through. I have not had good luck on Ebay with anything getting completed as seller or buyer. I haven't tried to sell anything of this price, but I wouldn't trust it.

I keep hearing people talk about problems on EBAY. My wife buys and sells old garbage Barbie dolls, I hope she doesn't read this. Those stupid dolls are often priced at several hundred to several thousand dollars. She has also bought and sold high end ice skates and horse stuff. I would have to say that she has been a buyer or a seller, more often a buyer, in probably 100-150 , maybe more, actually, transactions. She has never had any sort of problem at all.

She has spent several thousand and recieved that much several time. Never even a hint of a problem.

I think that in general, you are dealing with people just like yourself, would you rip someone off?

The best protection is to check th other participant's feedback, if he has had a history of causing problems, it will be reflected there.

Personally, I love BW & we own there. Resales that are coming up lately are selling for the mid sixty range or higher... they are also gone very quickly... The difference between paying 65 a point & 73 per point for this package, is about 1600 dollars - a lot, but really in the overall scheme of things not a large price difference... The buyer found a package with points available, and wanted to get the package at whatever price... I would definitely buy a package for BWV's at 73.00 if it was a good package... BW is sold out, so you must pay what the market will support....

Hey guys, how do we know the auction is real. Ebay is notorious for people having fake actions to drive up prices. It works like I put up an item for sale. Then I have all my friends bid on the item making sure that I have a fake member id where I out bid everyone at the last minute no harm no foul. Personally I don't believe the auction price. It's too out of wack. If the auction is real, then the buyer did not do his/her homework and they deserve what ever they get.

have a great day.

Rich, I agree that there are plenty of legitimate transactions on E-Bay. A co-worker spends a great deal of his time in the Barbie trade as well! But, I think the collectors are much more likely to be above board than people selling other types of items.

I agree the collectors market on ebay is better than others. I have not had trouble with collectibles there either.

Consider yourself lucky. If there is a problem, ebay does not stand behind it. I have had two bad experiences, and have sworn off ebay for good now.

In November, a friend of mine sent me a copy of an e-bay auction on a pin - it was the castle with a Mickey silouette behind it. The bidding was in the $60 - $70 range, it was supposed to be a limited edition. She was thrilled because she got it earlier that month when she was at WDW for $6. When I was there in early December, I saw this pin everywhere. I asked a CM if it was a limited edition and she told me no. When the same friend & I were at WDW 3 weeks ago, we laughed everytime we saw that pin, it was still everywhere! Someone really got ripped off!

Caveat Emptor

Problems are rare on EBAY. If you know what you are buying and looking for and check a seller's or buyer's feedback, you decrease your chances of a problem even more.

I also know a person that deals computer equipment on EBAY, he buys and sells, He does very well and considers EBAY as safe as your local CompUSA.

You would be surprised at what people will pay for items on EBAY. I have sold a few beanie babies on EBAY and received up to $75 for a beanie baby that cost me $7. I felt bad about taking the money and even emailed the person asking if they really wanted to pay that much and they told me they would buy more at the same price if I could get them. In over 100 auctions I had one problem where they never sent the money.
I think $73/ point is reasonable for BWV, IF, This is where you rally want to own. I stayed at BWV for the first time last week and absolutely fell in love with everything about the resort. If I didn't know about BWV, I would buy WLV or OKW or BCV or whatever resort on property was being sold but I feel very fortunate that we fell into BWV. If someone has experienced BW and fell in love, they would pay the premium price for the location.

I too have purchased many items on Ebay and sold a few without any problems.

But I doubt that the seller of that contract would dummy up the price. Not that it is not done but the seller pays Ebay a % of the actual selling price. If you bid it up high and that is the final bid - you lose.

I have corresponded with the seller and am certain this is a legit sale of two DVC contracts. You could use an excrow service if you wanted and it would reduce the risk immensely. I think it's funny that I recently commented on this board that I wouldn't be surprised if a certain sale did not go through because it was too much and was accused of possibly afffecting the sale and that I'd be liable if something happened. Of course being the quiet, shy type I just apologized and agree, NOT.

I'm happy for the seller though and I guess for myself in case I finally decide to sell my second contract.

Update, the second half of this membership at OKW sold for $65.52 a point. I sure hope that this member is happy with the amount she has recieved.

I know of no other timeshare that a person can own for ten years or even two years and sell it for at least what it was purchased for, let alone more.

I sure am happy I purchased DVC.

I have purchased many items on ebay, I have never had a problem. It is great to find what you what or need.

Hi,
My name is Daniel, I'm living in Belgium and have been lurking from a long time now. We've decided my wife and myself thatwe're ready to buy into dvc.
I'll share with you my experience because I've been involved with the seller on that okw auction on ebay.
I've made last Thursday a deal on those 190 okw points with the seller. She told me that we should make a contract that we both needed to sign. I agreed with that and waited Friday a fax from her that I didn't received. While a was surfing on ebay Sunday, I saw that those points were for auction. I told her that and I told her that she could end the auction if she wants. She assured me that she would fax me a contract monday asap. Of course, I didn't received one(I have e-mails on all what I'm saying). I began to thing that she was holding me has a back up solution if the auction didn't work good. Tuesday, a couple minutes before the auction ended I received a e-mail from her telling me that I needed to bid if I didn't wanted to lose the sale and that the deal between us was a done deal.
I bidded on ebay. Now, she wants that I pay her the amount I bid and not what we've agreed before.
I told her that I've made a deal with her last week and I will stick on that. I'm waiting a response but I'm not making myself illusions. She'll certainly not respect our agreement.
I'm very sad now but I guess I'll better deal from now with the professionals(atimeshare, timeshare store).
Thanks for the great info on the board and I'll let you know when I've joined.

Welcome to the board and we hope a "welcome Home" will be in order soon.

Do everyone in the world a favor. Leave feedback for her on EBAY. This will inform anyone she tries to deal with in the future, that she is less then honest.

She is going to get creamed on this thread in a little while, wait a couple hours and then send her a link to this thread.

Post her e-mail here tomorrow. Her phone number, I think she may be able to be shamed into honoring her agreement with you.

Sorry to hear that you've had such a bad experience dealing with this women on Ebay. Unfortunately selling to the highest bidder isn't good enough for some people when they think that they can get even more money. I would certainly let other bidders on Ebay know that this person is dishonest with negative feedback. I mean, really let her have it.

And quite honestly, I think that you could do much better price-wise by going through a professional timeshare operation. There are more reasonable offers out there, especially being that you're on the purchasing end of it. The seller is not only dishonest, but she's out to avoid closing costs.

I hope that you find an even better price for the BWV very soon, and I'm quite sure that you will!! BWV is an awesome resort and I'm hoping that you and your family will enjoy many happy visits there!!

Let me put it this way, if she calls back, I would not care what she is now offering, you tell her in your nicest, calmest, and friendliest way to "GO TO HELL!" Of, course, you may if you desire choose other words that are not fit to print, and you can choose not to be nice, calm, or friendly. I would not trust this person to complete the deal properly including a closing even if she came back and said she will do the original deal. Note, particularly when you are trying to buy from outside the US, you are likely better off going through Disney or an established resale broker. That way you will be assured the deal will be completed properly

I started my e-mail messages with Dan on the day my E-bay listing listed. He contacted me through email and wanted to know the specifics. I told him the specs as I had told many others. One of the persons I had email transactions with and who was the first bidder on ebays OKW,He bid 10,200, I had it listed at 10,100. This Man who I will leave nameless, is the one who told me what Mr. Dan was doing to my name on this site. I also see he put quite a few good comments in your bashing session. If anyone got the raw end of the deal it is Me. I TOLD DAN ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS< I WAS NOT, NOR COULD I, TAKE THIS OFF EBAY, ESPECIALLY AFTER THERE WAS A BID> HE SENT THE AGREEMENT< HE WANTED ME TO SIGN, FAX AND STOP THE AUCTION> I never thought this would sell at the price it did, this was the second time I was listing it. Ebay wasn't charging me because I had not sold it the first time, although, I was trying to sell both the Deeds on one auction the first time that is when Dan contacted me to ask if I would split them. I had already split the bids on Ebay and the bidds started comming in. I was amazed to see BoardWalk Sell at 14,975.00, although this bidder backed out as well as Dan! WHO IS UP TO WHAT DAN?Fortunately, the next lowest bidder grabbed it up who knows what this man or DAN was up to with riding the bid up on BoardWalk only to walk away, sound familular DAN. The man who BOUGHT Boardwalk as of today, wants to own at BoardWalk where he already has points and the RESORT IS SOLD OUT> as is OLD KEY WEST. I also had 14 bids on POOR Dans auction bid. Dan, of course claims he doesn't know what he is doing, who was the #11th bidder at 12,350. Dan went on ebay in the last seconds and submitted three bids in a row at 12,450.00 to pop up in the last seconds of the auction. AND NOW HE WALKS! I faxed you earlier tonite Dan my children, my husband and I came home from church, and after talking we decided we would sell to you. Maybe I had confused the situation, not knowing it would sell as it did. Well Delete the e-mail Dan ALL OF YOU ARE AS SURPRISED AS I AM at what they sold for. I can't beleive you. You waited until the last minute and than bid 12475.00 THREE TIMES IN A ROW to knock anyone else out only to BACK OUT! I Have emailed Chrissy, she is thrilled with you walking away. I Told you I was letting the auction Finish you kept insisting I take it off ebay, and signed the agreement YOU wrote up. You wanted me to fax a signed agreement to you befor the auction closed I said NO> I sent you a email and said this was a done deal, meaning it was being bid on ebay to my surprise and all of yours as well, and I didn't want you to not get it, that is why you received a email from me. If I was out to get you I would have let it ride. Of course you expressed to me you were not understand these things. Yea Right, that is why you drove up the price and walked away. Who is the injured party Dan? My 80 year old Father and Mother Vacationed with me every year since my purchase of OKW In 1993 and boardWalk purchase in 1996 we also have four daughters in elementary school. I lost part of my life when my dad passed recently, and my 6 year old daughter had to have open heart surgery. This is why I am selling these deeds. I have great memories of times spent at Disney with All of my family. You on the other hand are making this a BITTER SWEET DEAL> As for the people who pity Dan and say I should be told to go to Hell. How dare you! Here is my phone number you told him to post, Dan, are you a DVC member? Judge, and you shall be judged in the same manner you judge others. I have had my share of hurt and you are and the others who bashed me only add to one thing: It is people like you who give a person like myself a bad name.
Go Up 3 commnts and see jennybobenny: She, so nicely listed my ebay listings, that way you all can compare Dan to Cindy. this is sickening, I am going to bed, although I am sure Dan is Sleeping.
Why do I let people bother me, I guess because I care. Yea that's it, I Care, why, someone tell me why my family is sleeping and I at 2:00 am worried about what you all think.

I hope hear from you soon,

Hi Cindy,
The due for 190 points are $1,360? are you sure that's correct ? Isn't the dues for your Old Key West and Boardwalk together? I believe last year(2000) it was $3.0540 per point(for 190 points in 2000 : $580.26). It would be faire that I pay the dues for the points left (147 points) and not those you've used. As for the closing costs, let say we split the cost.
Hope that'll work for you,
Dan

I was the first response, a strongly negative response towards you. I must apologize, he completely misrepresented the situation. Not to bash foreigners, but because their government and societies often make cheating and finding loopholes a way of life, he may have honestly though that he could jst get around something.

I am very familiar with EBAY and auctioning, from you feedback, probably alot more familiar then you are. I understand the terms under which you set up an auction completely. Obviously you can't take it down once it has had a bid. He claims that you had a "meeting of the minds" before it went on EBAY, that its appearence there was a shock. You come off very credible. My first reaction is to jump on your side calling him a liar....actually, its my second and third reaction also....but then he is going to post scanned corrospondence with your signature and a date the is weeks before the EBAY auction.

If this was the people's court, I would vote for you, but until we get sworn depositions and evidence, its hard....I don't want to be apologizing to him next week when he posts those contracts, lol

I jumped the gun and jumped to a conclusion, he sounded credible, but I should have known, 99.999% of EBAYers are honest folk selling something on their own.

Sorry again.

My point is that we had an agreement Cindy and I from last Thursday. She never explicitly said that she wanted to wait the auction end. We had a deal and from my point of view this deal was done. The first person bidding on ebay at that auction was me, I maybe better didn't but I was surprised to still find it on ebay. At the end of the auction, I have not bid 3 times to beat someone else, I put on ebay a high maximum bid price, that way I won the auction and she hadn't to worry for a higgest bidder interferring between our deal. I didn't came up with signing contracts, she did on friday.
From that moment, yes I asked several times why she didn't fax it to me. She joined a couple of e-mail we exchanged, fine why not all e-mails?
Maybe then, everybody could have a better opinion on our problem.
Somewhere, she must find that I'm in my right because I received yesterday an e-mail from her saying that, after reading all our e-mails her husband felt the same as I do that we had a deal.
I'm not poor Daniel from Belgium, my point is, and that's why I'm upset, when you've a deal it's a deal. You don't come up later with an other selling price.

Enough said on this. While selling dolls, boats, or Pokemon cards, E-Bay may be a great deal. When you start getting into real estate transactions, think again.

For those who think they can save a buck (on the buying or on the selling side), just read this thread.

Me, I'll stick with a DVC direct or a legitimate broker.

CRobin I'm with you. This is an unfortunate incident for both sides but has nothing to do with DIS or DVC. Their problem should be handled elsewhere.

It is a lesson on the problems of doing business directly rather than through DVC or a legitimate broker. It's also addresses my point about arranging vacation transactions on E-Bay. If I were the purchaser, a small savings over what Disney charges wouldn't be worth the risk of problems arising.

JT Walked away from the BoardWalk Sale and Dan is walking away from his BID> Ebay can't do anything to either one of you except slap you on the hand and suppend you if you do business on ebay like this. Cindy I know you are going through a stressful time with this sale. However, I hate to see you setting yourself up for possibly more trouble down the road. It is not a good practice to post a lot of personal information on public Web site boards. Folks totally unrelated to DIS troll boards looking for such opportunities. If you click on the icon of a note card and pencil you can go back and edit your posts. I know you are trying to show your honesty but it might be risky and unnecessary to be posting your home phone number. Just give it a thought.

Pam and Robin, your right this does not belong here. I responed because someone on this site let me know what Dan was doing here. I love DVC I took my parents my friends, we have memories that will last forever. Hopefully after the illness in our family subsides my 6 year old recently had open heart surgery, and I was holding my father in MY arms when he died. But I will buy again. This certainly was a lesson well learned. I too will stay close to Disney for and Sale if I become a seller again or a buyer.

Not that anyone asked, but here's my take on this situation:

Dan saw Cindy's auction for 190 pts at OKW on ebay. The starting price was set at $10,100 so Dan bid $10,200. He was outbid so he countered with $10,700. At this point he must have offered Cindy $10,900 thru email. Cindy refused saying the auction was a "done deal". Dan misunderstood and thought "done deal" was referring to his offer. As the auction continues the bidding gets higher and higher. At 5am PST on the final day the bid was at $10,800. Five hours later the bid had climbed to $11,575. At this point Cindy emailed Dan and told him if he was still interested, he should bid or risk losing the auction. Dan, still thinking they had a deal at $10,900, thought Cindy meant for him to outbid everyone so he would be the winner and they could go back to their agreed upon price.

Here's where it gets confusing. Since Dan was trying to outbid everyone he set a bid price that was very high. Ebay will only increase a bid by $100. As the bidding continued each bid was countered by Dan's proxy bid. In the last few minutes there were 2 bidders who kept bidding higher and higher, but were still outbid by Dan. The winning bid was $12,450 and belonged to Dan.

My first thought was, ok who were the last minute bidders and do they have any relation to Cindy. There are unethical sellers who have friends bid on their auctions to drive up the final selling price. Did Cindy have a few friends keep bidding higher and higher knowing that Dan's proxy bid would outbid them? Ebay has recently changed their policy about showing members email addresses - you must now be involved in a transaction with someone in order to see their email address. Therefore it's impossible to compare Cindy's with the other 2 bidders. For what it's worth there are several people who bid on both auctions. As a matter of fact the winning bidder of the Boardwalk auction, the very next day bid on the OKW auction. What does that mean? Nothing. It looks a little fishy but there's nothing I can find (I even checked all available feedback) to tie any of the bidders in with Cindy.

Dan is saying that Cindy made a deal for the 190 OKW pts at $10,900 even though the auction was still in progress. In my opinion, it doesn't make any sense for a seller to put an item up for auction and then accept a price before the bidding is complete. The whole idea of having an auction is to sell the item for as high a price as possible. In the last minutes of the auction I find it hard to believe that Dan believed Cindy was asking him to outbid the other bidders so they could revert back to what he thought was the agreed upon price. Imagine selling an item on ebay but giving it to the middle bidder - it just doesn't make sense.

So if I were Judge Judy I'd side with Cindy. No offense Dan, I just think there were a few misunderstandings along the way.

I would like to make you an offer. I'll take both properties, Key West and Board Walk, all 380 points for $22000 and we can take care of the paperwork today. I'm about ready to sign the contract on another one so let me know ASAP. I'll take care of the paperwork today.

I am looking to see what you all think about the price,

Cynthia, you have my sympathy, and I don't think there is any need to apologize for your anger. I don't think anyone on this board would expect anything differant w/ your stress due to your daughter's health. I hope everything works well for you and your family. I don't offer much help as far as your price question, just please don't "jump" to fast due to your circumstances <IMG WIDTH="15" HEIGHT="15" SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif" alt="razz">

That is a little under $58 per point. When you consider the fact that you don't have to pay sales commissions, its not bad. Under those terms, I would want the buyer to pay all closing costs and current dues.

With those terms, it seems to be a good price for both the buyer and the seller. The buyer will be walking away for low $60s and you would be getting more then you would through a reseller.

Wow, you get a post that appears completely legit, react, and then see the response and things change substantially. So I too will apologize to Cindy.

If my math is correct, the price you are now being offered is just under $58 a point. As long as this buyer is legit, I would probably consider that pretty good because (a) you are avoiding broker costs, and (b) it eliminates all the stress you are having trying to sell.

I agree with those who have said that DVC should not be sold on Ebay. I also agree with jennybobenny that there was a serious misunderstanding between Dan and Cindy. I think both the buyer and seller feel as though they got screwed and the potential buyer lashed out here against the seller. I'm sorry that I jumped the gun thinking that the seller (Cindy) was wrong before hearing both sides of the story. I don't think Dan is evil here though. I think he misunderstood the transaction and what Cindy was trying to communicate to him.

Cindy, I honestly don't know what it will cost you to list your DVC with a broker, but at this point I'd say that it may be worth it if only to reduce your stress. I think that you could get more money per point that may make up the difference for what you'll pay in commission. If I ever had to sell my DVC, I'd certainly go through a broker. Just my two cents.

First, let me start off by saying that I've been using eBay pretty much since its inception, and have had only one or two minor problems.

Now, first of all, what's this nonsense about not being able to cancel an auction that's already received a bid? I've done it a couple of times - once when I discovered that an item I was selling wasn't working, and another time when I changed my mind and decided not to sell. I've also seen plenty of other auctions cancelled after bids have been received. It's not against the rules, and I don't think it's unethical (of course, to cancel an auction that's received bids you first need to cancel all the bids).

Also, eBay states clearly that bids on real estate are not legally binding contracts to buy like bids on other items they list. Here's the relevant info. (http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/png-estate.html) Additionally, with real estate listings, there is no "final value" fee, so "shill bidding" would not have affected the seller's fees.

Now, looking at the bid history, it appears that there were 7 different bidders for OKW and 6 for BWV (although there was at least one person that bid on both, which I don't find suspicious at all). Cindy, are you saying that every single one of those bidders backed out? If that's the case then I'm truly sorry for what happened; if you haven't yet investigated all of them I think you owe it to yourself to do so.

If I were the one posting the auction, I would have done the following: make it clear that bidders should be serious. Insist that all bidders send their phone number to you when they bid so you can speak with them and confirm their intent. Call them. Cancel their bids if they don't send their phone numbers. This is not an uncommon policy for big ticket items

Cindy, As jennybobenny stated,it all sounds like a lot of miscommunication. You are very vulnerable right now, don't let this get you down. This is a good example of the old adage "there are two sides to every story". Re your question of price, after just purchasing a resale, I believe agents commissions to be between $1000- $1500 per contract- although you could probably negotiate it since you might be selling two. At $58/point, if you add $4/pt for the commision, you would have to sell at $62/pt for both through a broker. This seems a little low, but I could be off on my #'s. It wouldn't hurt to talk to Jaki @ A Timeshare Broker or The Timeshare Store and see what they think you can get. Some BW are selling for $68/pt and OKW around $65/pt which would net you a little more. You can always list it with a min. price you will accept and see what happens. Mainly, I think it would reduce your stress level considerably to not have to deal with ebay and have someone else handle your transaction. Good luck and sorry about the offense I may have caused.

HELLO ALL,
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR INPUT, I SENT THIS EMAIL TO DAN, MOMENTS AGO:
Dan, Somone on the WDW INFO sent me this.
I don't like what has happened between us.
I had every intention of selling to you and I truly thought I could not take this off ebay after the bidding started!!
To clear up a few misnomers
I will still honor our agreement, please contact me. If you look back on the listing JT is trying to buy old key west, after he took back his boardwalk offer and now he is offering me 22,000.00 for both properties. I think he was throwing a wrench in this whole deal so he would end up the buyer of both properties. Even though his price is more, I would like to honer our deal especially after reading the below message from another member. If your interested, let me know. Quickly, I cant take much more of this and I am going to let it go to the first person. Sorry About all the confusion, I do believe we both were in the same state of confusion. I as I told you last nite after church we had decided to sell to you at our agreed price.
With having Jts offer would you be willing to pay closing. I talked to another dvc member and he said he has a name of a broker who closed him for 200.oo or less, what do you think. I went a little balistic on the info site because of the people telling me to go to hell and to post my info on the net for me to be harassed. I also reread you mail after the fact, and realized it was them not you again I apoligize for this and I am going to posT this on there as well. Thank you in advance. What ever the out come may be.

Sincerely,
Cindy Roggin

Hello all, Dan and I Signed a Deal TODAY< thanks to Steve, who posted the Ebay info here and to Dean for telling me about this site.

On the other side of the coin, I think like many of you Mr JT, the man who got you to Post 73.55 per point is not legit. He pulled out of his 73.55 bid. Drove Dans Bid up and than came to me with an offer of 22,000 for both properties, no where near the 73.55 he got you to post. Take It Off. I believe as many of you have said, someone is trying to drive the resale price up, JT, and so far it has worked. He DID NOT BUY HE TOOK A HIKE ON HIS BID OF 13,975.00. He than offered the 22,000 for both resorts, again not 73.55. Than he came back with 11,000 for Old Key West, again NO WHERE CLOSE to the 73.55 He made seem real. Now he writes telling me I mislead him on Old Key West, Which Doesn't explain him BACKING OUT OF HIS 73.55 at BW. He than offers me 11,000 for OKW saying I mislead hime Below is the opening paragraph of my OKW sale on Ebay:
Jt Writes:

Yes that's the Key West. It's not the Board Walk ad. That's the one that I'm referring to.
Cynthia Roggin wrote:

I am Selling Both, I am listing them seperate my points 190. My Use year is August. I have nothing available in 2000, and 147 for 2001 use year. current dues owed on Old Key West: 613.47 190 points are available Yearly after the 2001 Use Year. <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

Okay where is BW misleading you:
I am selling my Disney Vacation Club DEED at BoardWalk Villas with 190 Points. My Use year is August. There are current year dues owed at 755.18 BoardWalk Villas Is a SOLD OUT RESORT. I Have nothing available for 2000 with 190 points available now. From 2001 on there are 190 points that go with deed .

Jt/JEFF writes:
I also want to have the joy that you have had w/ DVC but I have to be realistic. Your ad on Ebay was a misrepresentation of your property. The point situation that you had stated were untrue. I don't think that you did it intentionally and I haven't been trying to play a game. There were no points that went with this property yet I was expected to pay the 2000 dues for the points that you spent. Do you think that I'm stupid? I feel that the price that I'm offering is the true value based on no commision fees that you will have to pay and the fact that no points are coming with it. Anyone who sifts through the truth of your property will come to the same conclusion. I've read the board discussions too and I'd rather not offer my said like Dan did but I'll react to what you do.
My offer stands. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Lets end this on a happy note and make a deal.
Jeff.

JT you offerd alot more on ebay. Explain why you would out bid people and then pull out. This is not good business and I will go to the boards with it,and Ebay
No pleasure hear

Here is my final offer. I will purchase your Boardwalk property (190 points) for:
Selling price: $11,000 (I repeat this is not 73.55 per point)

The rest is ok
