Anyone out there with experience on a resale from UK

I'm considering a resale purchase and happened to find out that the sellers are from the UK. Is this going to hang things up longer/make it more difficult to pass papers. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated!

We live in the UK and bought a resale from someone in the USA. It was very easy and the final papers were faxed to hurry it all up. I should think that it would be just as easy the other way.

We purchased a resale from someone in the UK through The Timeshare Store. Their location did not cause any problems at all.
