We stay there every year and LOVE IT but this year we are trying the PBH. Hopefully it measures up.

We just returned also...Queen Deluxe #4101....Oct 13-18 (added a night,last minute)....I must admit, I had some issues with the hotel, and although nice, there are some definite issues I will elaborate on later in my review also..some issue I would not have expected in an almost $300/night stay ..

Glad to hear you had a great stay. I was sad the HRH was booked but thankfully we had a wicked good stay at the RPR, we would be happy at either hotel.

Interesting, that is one of my points I had with them...real quick...I called 5 days ahead of time to ask for a specific room (from researching/etc), and if not that room, at least on the 6th floor..granted, I know they cannot honor all requests (Although, Disney has done so the last two times I have gone)...but I figured what the heck, and the reservationist said she would put it on the reservation...When we checked in at 3:30 or so, I asked about the specific room request and was told they had us assigned to 4101 (and here is the issue...there was no mention of the request AT ALL on my reservation as I had been told ! that is what irritated me)..and it was not ready yet..I told them I would like to wait for the specific 6th floor room, or at least one of the queen deluxes on that floor, and would be willing to wait...nope...they called us an hour later and said that #4101 was our room, and sorry..

Again, kinda getting caught back up at work, but will post more later...


Macraven...what got you reconsidering HRH now ?
