Here is my intro, I am 32 and currently at 250+ lbs. A year and a half ago I weighed 190 and was running 15Ks and half marathons. My birthday on September 2nd was my one year anniversary of running a half marathon in Virginia Beach and I couldn't be more unfit than I am right now. A lot of this has to do with the stress of my job (which I have now found a new one) and although that is not an excuse it is an easy scapegoat. This wouldn't be the first hole I have gotten myself out of though, I got down from 250 once before, I can do this again. My new motivation is that I have reservations for Easter break in 2009 and I want to be proud to be in pictures, instead of hiding from them like the last time I went to Disney. I also have a goal of running the Full Marathon at Disney in 2010. I want to run through all the parks. I am going to start back up with the Turkey Trot 5K in November here, do the Shamrock Run 5 mile in March, the Boilermaker 15K again in Utica in July 09 and do the Virginia Beach Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon in 09, as well as a few local half marathons here to train for the big one, the WDW full. With this being more than a year away I feel I have adequate time to train and lose the weight. What is amazing to me is how fast the weight drops off when you are running a lot.

I love the support on the WISH board and it helps to know others are working toward the same goals you are.

This time I am going to do thing somewhat differently though, I am ignoring the scale, yes I said it, ignoring the thing. I am not going to step on the scale, because then I get obsessive about it and end up disappointed when I do not see the number I want. Monthly weigh ins, that is going to be it. I'll weigh myself on the first of each month. Instead my accomplishments will be measured in miles run, days exercised and days of eating healthy, as well as clothes size. My ultimate goal is to get back down to 153-a weight I have not seen since I enlisted in the military in 1995. So essentially 100 lbs to lose in a year and three months. My short term goal is to lose 60 lbs by the time vacation happens in April 2009. Six months exactly, 2.3 lb loss per week consistently to get to that goal. :cool1:
Oh and my walking/running to Disney challenge, I need to go 1300 miles, we will see how long it takes me!

October 13, 2008
Today I started back with the exercising, tomorrow I need to work on the eating healthy part. No going out for lunch, no fast food, instead a sandwich and walk around the block if time allows.

Today was a good day, ate much less than I have been and am resisting the urge to snack after eating a fiber one bar for a snack. Did the elliptical for 30 minutes (2 miles) today and lifted weights for 20 minutes. I think my plan is to get into better shape on the elliptical before I start running again, because I tend to push myself too hard at times with the running. Thanks for visiting! Comments and encouragement are always welcome :)

Thanks! Today was a decent day, I have done pretty well with the food issues and went to the gym today, more of a weightlifting day even though I planned cardio, but that's what you get for going to the gym with a boxer! Tomorrow planning strictly cardio then friday a rest and back in on Saturday and possibly Sunday. Maybe instead a hike or something on Sunday if it is nice, the leaves are peak here and that would be nice.

Well today could have been better, I did ok, I didn't do any crazy snacking. Worked 12 hours today so that doesn't leave much time for exercise but I will be going after an 8 hour shift tomorrow. I of course had to come home to my daughter having not cleaned her room for the 1000th time and I have just had it with that. I would go for a run right now if I was not dark out but it is too dark to go. I am so stressed right now and it is taking everything I have to not go on an emotional eating binge, but I am staying strong. I'm hoping to have a better report tomorrow.

Good job! Stay strong!

This early darkness is for the birds isn't it? I get what you say after a 10 hr day there is no way I can do anything either.

Yeah I have the same issues with keeping the room clean with one of my DDs.The other is very neat.

Have a great day!

Well I did it! I managed to stay strong and didn't emotionally eat, even when I was at my worst last night. Today was pretty good, did about 2.5 miles on the elliptical and helped my daughter clean her room. I just couldn't take it anymore. I can stand clutter but you couldn't even see the floor :S Thank goodness that is done, she had better keep it that way now :)

Today was pretty good, walked 5 miles and did ok with the eating, though I did go to my grandmother's for Sunday dinner. Got on the scale and even though I didn't do a start weight I have lost a few pounds which is encouraging. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement!

Ok I'm back! Fell off the wagon for a while now but now I am getting back on track. I have been going to the gym 5 days a week and I have decided I am not looking at the scale anymore. I am going to gauge my success on how I am doing with my workouts and how my clothes are fitting. I think that scale obsession is one of my main reasons for failure in the first place. I have been eating well for nearly two weeks (once I get through week one i'm usually good to go) and feeling 150% better since I started going to the gym again. A new job and heck of a lot less stress is helping me to accomplish this as well! When I started on January 1st I was 260 and by my doctors appointment on the 5th I had lost three pounds. That was encouraging but I am vowing to only step on the scale when absolutely necessary! I have started back running again and plan on running four miles on the track at the gym two days a week and doing cardio/weights the other three days. Once the weather gets decent (in April) there is a nice trail on my drive home that is good for running. Odd years are so much better for me, and I really want to do the full marathon at WDW. I am a bit nervous about it but I have done a half marathon and will hopefully do two halfs this year as well as some other races. Here's to getting back on track!

Oh and since i've been doing so well I am sure I have done at least 15 miles since I started back so miles to Disney = 1268

Still going strong! I ran/walked four miles tonight and did some upper body. I have been pretty consistent with the exercise and doing good with the diet. I am not stepping on that scale until February 1st. I am hoping to be down in the 240s by then, I have 5 lbs to go to get there (I believe). I am going to do my run/walk on tuesdays and thursdays and do cardio/strength MWF. I just can't stand running on the treadmill, i'm glad I have a gym with a nice track to go to now.

tinkerbell of winter
01-20-2009, 09:10 PM
I have lost 8 lbs so far! I feel 100% better and am finding myself doing more challenging levels on the elliptical and today I ran 3 out of my 5 miles on the track tonight. It is so much better running on a track than a treadmill. My next goal is not only to do the Shamrock Run on March 15thish but I would like to be down in the 230s by then. If I keep on the straight and narrow I will be able to accomplish that goal. It's only 13 lbs and 7 weeks away so I feel that is a reasonable goal. I want to be in the 220s for Disney in April. From March until July it will be 3 1/2 months until my next big race which I hope to be down to 200 for. That would be about 14 weeks so that is another 2 lbs per week staying on the right track. Doing the half marathon would be in another two months from that race, giving me eight weeks, and a 16 lb weight loss in that time frame would get me down to 184. And then the biggie, the WDW marathon. Staying on the same plan with a loss of 2 lbs per week would get me to my goal weight by the time I run the marathon in January. 4 months would get me to my goal weight of 153. That would really be incredible :) It is cool to set a goal and determine your path to that goal. When I joined the Army I weighed 153 and that is the goal I would like to get to. Who knows, maybe I would keep going after the marathon and get in the 130s, where I think a healthy weight would be for me. So there I am, thinking out loud again. There will be a lot of things to overcome on my weight loss path but I am ready to take them on!

Now I am in a new job and am on my way to dropping this weight again!

I have lost 7 lbs so far. I am doing WW online.

It is good to see I am not alone on this journey :) I am probably going to do the half now, the idea of 26 miles with my knees the way they have been feeling isn't something I think I want to commit to this year anyway. I'll see how i'm doing after I lose the weight and then after I do the half i'll think about the full in 2011. Tonight was my scheduled "treat" meal, a bit early in the week but it was well deserved after my workout tonight! Still on track so far :)

Yea!! :)

I am planning to walk the half in 2010. But, I was able to walk 4 miles today at under 15 min per mile. Which is really good for me. The longest distance I have ever walked at one time. And, after losing a lot of weight, I could see myself being able to run...so who knows?

I am doing weight watchers online (no meetings)...do you have a weight loss plan that works for you?

But I am going to follow you on your journey...if you don't mind! :)

That's pretty good walking 4 at under 15 a mile, especially if that is just starting out! Heck my running time is 12-13 minutes/mile. My diet plan: eating healthier and staying away from snacks. Basically portion control and a watch on my choices. I'm trying not to completely deprive myself yet stay under control. My main goal is maintaining the workout pace, but last night after 60 intense minutes of cardio I was absolutely ravenous when it came time for dinner. I did decent though, it was my free meal of the week but I didn't go crazy with it. Today I did a total of 35 minutes of cardio, then weightlifting and shot some hoops.

I walked another 4 on the treadmill, but it was closer to 16.5 minutes per mile. So, I think our jogging trail is closer to 9/10 of a mile or something. Or maybe I just walked a little faster on the concrete! :)

Good job on the workout!! :) And the good meal! :)

I am taking an exercise break today!

Well I have reached my first mini milestone, I have lost a total of 10 lbs so I have met my goal for this month. I am going for 10 lbs a month, but I would like to be under 225 by my vacation on April 14th. That is 25 lbs to go and with two and a half months left I should be able to accomplish that. Doing good with the eating plan (although I did buy some asiago cheese bread at Panera tonight) and keeping up with the exercise. I just have to stay on track and everything will work out just fine :)

One month down, 10 lbs gone :) I have made it to February 1st and have been keeping up well with the exercise and weight loss. Today I had a free day though and eating the crap I did wasn't all that great. I had two pieces of pizza, four boneless wings, two breadsticks and a salad. I think i'll be only having a snack for dinner tonight, I don't want to go off the deep end and I am still stuffed from lunch! It's crazy because that is how I used to eat! No wonder I gained 70 lbs in a year! So i'm feeling pretty good and this month my goal is to lose another 10 lbs and have worked myself up to running five miles straight, then I will be ready for the Shamrock Run five mile on March 14th. I hope everyone is doing well with their diet goals.

Today was good, I did 3 miles on the elliptical and then I ran two miles on the treadmill. The treadmill wasn't nearly as bad as I had been dreading, I had been running on the track but I think i'm going to do the treadmill instead since that will allow me to work on my time better. I did two 12 minute miles, not bad for just getting back into the running. My feet didn't hurt at all after running so that was really good. My feet had been bothering me on and off but they have been good the past couple of days. I'm going for three (12 minute) miles on the treadmill tomorrow and weights. Thanks for reading!

Tonight I did 3 miles on the treadmill, no weights as this was kind of a rest day for me. First mile in 11:20, second mile run/walk combo and mile 3 was a 12 minute mile. My goal by the end of the month is to run 5 miles straight at a 12 minute pace. That will set me up nicely for the Shamrock run on March 14th. Still following my eating plan, and i'm stuffed now since I had pasta for dinner with spinach.

Tinkerbell,
Do you know how to convert treadmill time(pace) to outside pace? I usually run a 10 minute mile or so for say 6 miles. That would be at a pace of 6.0 on the treadmill but in reality outside there is no way I am really moving that fast for 6 miles- at that speed the belt is really flying.

10 lbs is a great accomplishment.Hope I will be saying the same soon,

Linda

tinkerbell of winter
02-08-2009, 09:53 PM
I'm not sure how you would convert treadmill pace to an outside pace. It would think it would depend on the terrain and grade of the route you are running. 10 minute miles for 6 miles is great! Someday i'll get there, not in the very near future though :)

The eating front: this weekend was not too good with the eating, I had a big dinner on Saturday and then today I didn't pig out but I also didn't make the best choices :) I did snowshoe about 2 miles though so at least there was some exercise involved. Back to the plan tomorrow and I am NOT stepping on the scale again until March 1st. I started to get a little obsessive over the number this week so I have put a stop to the weigh ins again.

tinkerbell of winter
02-10-2009, 10:47 PM
I have been doing better with the eating, trying to ignore the mirror as much as possible. I really got huge with the bad eating I was doing in the past year so it discourages me to look in the mirror. I feel better though and my clothes are fitting looser. I ran four miles today and walked one, and I am swearing to stay off of the scale until March 1st!

What is your first name? I seems funny to keep calling you Tink.

Do you believe how nice it is going to be today- 55 degrees here! WOOHOO!

I hear you about the scale, it does become an obsession then you do yourself in if the number is not what you expect.Great job on the running.

Are you doing any of the WDW races next year? I can't keep track of who will be there.

You are doing great with your pace- I bet once you get outside in the nicer weather your pace will change- around here that means half the amount odf clothing I wear now!!!!!!HA!HA!

Well after a weekend of being sick and falling off the wagon, I am back on track. I started with being sick on Thursday and the only thing that sounded remotely appetizing was Stone Jug pizza. I ran 3 miles straight tonight on the track and then another two on the elliptical, so about 1:15 of cardio. I felt better running, I actually felt "lighter" than I have been. That 5 day break from exercise probably helped somewhat though. Tomorrow is "light" cardio and then weights. I say "light" cardio because my idea of light cardio is 45 minutes on the elliptical. I felt much better after exercising and I didn't want to eat any more Boo Berry cereal (that and I ate it all over the weekend :) ) I am going to have a treat one of these days though, a Shamrock Shake from McDonalds, but only one, not one a day like I used to do! I hope everyone else is doing well with their exercise plan, keep up the good work! Thanks for reading :)

I hate the tax man. Took a break from exercise today and I just finished my tax return and I actually have to PAY 300 bucks! So much for having extra money for Disney. I have never had to pay before but the combination of having four jobs throughout the year I think messed me up. I thought that paying tuition and buying a house was supposed to give you tax credits! Christine,
Yeah what a rip off right? The people who pay through their teeth all year long still get hit.
My DH paid $60,000 in taxes one year and we still owed at the end of the year-HUH?????????? How about going after the ones who never pay and leave all of us alone- we finance this country for crying out loud.

OK sorry about that but it gets really sickening after a while- watching all the freebees in this country paid over and over by people like us.

Great job on the track and the diet plan.I have not done so well lately.Once the weather took a dive again I went back into hibernation.

After a bad weekend of eating poorly it is time to get back on track tomorrow! It all started when I chose not to work out on friday evening to "rest" my knees because I was planning on going skiing Saturday. I did ski but not for very long, only about 2 hours and then we came home and the laziness began! Ordered a pizza (bad, very bad) then proceeded to pretty much lounge around the rest of the weekend eating like crap. Tomorrow is a new day, time to get back on track! Yikes!

I did much better today, did well with making good choices in terms of food and burned 650 calories in 45 minutes on the elliptical. I turned the resistance up to 6 on the Precor and was trucking right along. It felt good! Lifted a little bit of weight afterward. I am running tomorrow, 4-5 miles and then probably ski club on wednesday. Still plotting how to save up enough spending money for Disney for spending money and tickets, but I will do it. No more eating out until we go to Disney, that should definitely help somewhat and I am NOT going shopping except for absolute necessities. This should be a good lesson in SAVING for me :)

Slightly off topic but on the upside I developed a budget plan which will enable me to save $1990 by April 8th (including that paycheck) to have for tickets and spending money at Disney :) I have to save enough to buy the DVC PAP since we plan on going two more times within the year so it will be a moneysaver in the end! Then all I will have to buy is plane tickets for the other two trips (and my mom's plane and park ticket for the January trip).

I like the scale at the gym, I have decided that is the only one I will weigh on, because it is calibrated. I have lost 19 lbs so far and it looks like I will meet my goal for February if I keep on the right track the rest of the week. I have one more pound to lose by Sunday to stay on track with 10 lbs in February. If I keep on this rate I will be 15 lbs lighter by Disney, and perhaps not "afraid" to be in photos! I certianly shouldn't be afraid to be in photos in October and certianly not in January. I was thinking today at the gym, I would really like to be in great shape, with muscles and all. I have muscles now but I look like popeye because my muscles are also surrounded by fat :P If I can keep on this track I will be able to lose a total of 90 pounds by my vacation in October, that would be amazing! And then hopefully meet my goal weight by the time I run the half marathon, 150 lbs :) I'll be able to run like the wind then! Geez Bob is really having a hard time on the Biggest Loser, crying all about the team changes. You don't see Jillian crying she's all hardcore. It's almost like someone died, way too melodramatic right now. It's not like they will never see him again. This episode should win an emmy for best dramatic performance. Hope everyone is doing well!

Great job Christine on the weight loss.

Yeah that was quite alot of drama last night.I have ordered Jillian's book Making the Cut and I am looking for her dvd also. She motivates me.I have none right now. This weather is depressing me.

I should have a 1/2 here in town on April 4th but I have not even been running.I did not sign up since it is not huge I will wait til I see the weather.

Did three hours of downhill skiing today and continued to eat well. And the best part of all, I have an interview for a new position on Friday at 1PM! It's a permanent position. I am currently in a term position (which we have to rely on extensions for continuation) and there will be more benefits with the permanent position, including student loan repayment :) Keep your fingers crossed, I am really hoping I make a good impression and get the new position. :cool1:

I had my interview today, it seemed to go well although I was the first one they interviewed and they said they have "a lot" of applicants. It was a relatively tough interview, I was asked more questions than I have ever been at an interview but I felt like I gave the right answers. Even if I don't get the job I don't absolutely need it right now and can do just fine in my current position, but it would be nice to have that "permanent" job instead of the "term".

Exercise is going well, tonight was my "free" meal we had breakfast for dinner. Eggs, pancakes and bacon. Did 45 minutes of cardio at the gym. I didn't work out yesterday and I am glad I did today. I was feeling drained and tired before I went to the gym and now I am energized and able to get some work done on my online course. I really think that an afternoon workout is the best thing for me, it gets me through the rest of the day in a productive manner :)

Right now i'm taking Graduate Nursing Research, it isn't as bad as I had dreaded it to be. I am hopefully starting on my Nurse Practitioner courses in the fall, slowly but surely.

On the exercise front I am still doing well. I am hoping to have met my goal tomorrow when I weigh in at the gym, I like that scale better so I am holding out until I go to the gym tomorrow.

Well I did it! I lost 20 lbs in two months! I love the scale at the gym! :) Yesterday was a lazy day in the workout front but today I was back in full force :) Tomorrow a nice long run, maybe it will actually warm up and be nice enough to run outside for a change! I would like to run outside at least once before the race next Saturday. I made a cucumber and tomato salad tonight with ranch dressing it was good :) I also had some hamburger helper(I know not the best). But the salad was very summery and I will be taking it for lunch tomorrow along with some protein, maybe a tunafish sandwich. I don't know why I was so "wiped out" feeling yesterday, maybe because i'm working my 9th day in a row....two more to go!

20 lbs is a huge accomplishment.

It is beautiful out there today.Just came in from a run. it is nice to be outside. This weekend is supposed to be mid 50s I heard.

Good luck next Saturday

Today it was nice enough to run outside and you know what, I ran the entire way, almost 4 miles at a 12:52 pace. I love my Garmin, I am able to track my pace and how well I am doing. I am more than happy to be running outside again, I do my best when I am not cooped up in a gym running laps on a track with 5% humidity (way too dry). I still need to eat something for dinner, maybe just have a sandwich, I wasn't really hungry when I got home so I just sat on my butt and started drinking some water. Another bonus: I am still sticking to my moneysaving plan for Disney, even though it is starting to get challenging.

I really like the scale at the gym, it looks like I may make my goal for next week if I keep working out the way I am :) At least I hope so, the truth will be told in a week! I was going to go for a run this morning while it was still decent weather out but I gave myself a break since it was my first day off in a while. Today was a pretty lazy day, tomorrow I have a lot of work to do for my class. I'm really sick of this particular class, it is not interesting to me at all whatsoever and I just can't wait to be done with it.

Took it easy today, only did 1.5 miles on the treadmill and lifted weights. I ended up going to the gym with one of my friends and that always is a distractor. Tomorrow hopefully it will still be nice enough to run outside as that is my plan for tomorrow and that's the last run I am going to do before the 5 mile on Saturday. Which reminds me, I HAVE to register for the run tomorrow!

Took today off, I got my new camera so I had to get the proper memory card for it and then I was pretty sore so I decided to take a break today. That and it is too windy to run outside today. Tomorrow will be 45 minutes on the elliptical and weights, and then Friday is a break day due to the run on Saturday. My daughter is insistent she will do this run with no problem, we will see. 12 year olds think they are really invincible......

Today I did the Shamrock run and I was pretty pleased with my results, I kept up about a 12:30 pace and finished the 5 miles in 64 minutes. My daughter finished in 70 minutes, running with her friend. I was pretty proud of her making it all that way. I did make a mistake today though, I ate a pancake breakfast before the run which made 5 miles all that more painful. It was fun though and it was symbolic, since that is how I started last time in 2007 with my training for the half marathon. I have not been behaving this week with eating, but as of tomorrow I will be back on track with that.

Well i'm back in a funk, I need to pull myself out of it. I am starting this Friday, back to the gym again and i'm going to start going after work again. I kind of lost it a couple of weeks ago, that and mega stress at work due to an office troublemaker. I took a mental health day today and am going back with a renewed focus tomorrow. It's just frustrating when people cannot recognize their mistakes, I recognize mine and am the first person to admit when I make one. That is how we learn, we make a mistake and then put in play a better plan for the next time we are faced with that situation. I guess that is not everyone though. I have let that crap affect me in a negative manner though and I need to not lose ground with the progress I have made, because of one person. So back to making better choices, at work and at home :)

Hey everyone! Since I posted last I have a new job, much less stressful, a great group of coworkers and best of all it's a permanent position :) Oh yeah and I went to Disney, had an awesome time and OFFICIALLY registered for the half marathon. After two months of slacking off I was officially back out running tonight and I did a 5 mile run/walk. I am going to try to do the 5 miles three times a week and go to the gym the other days for weights and cardio. I plan on giving myself sundays off. I really am still considering the Boilermaker even though it is only two months away I was trained up for the 5 mile shamrock run, what is a couple more miles for a 15 K. Besides it is a really fun run anyway. Monday it's back to lean cuisine and yogurt for lunch and the gym after work :) Thanks for stopping by!!!!

Well today I did a Boilermaker "test" run, 6.76 miles at a 13:33 pace, I was pretty pleased with it. Had a little knee pain during the first two miles but worked that out by mile 2. Once I get the first mile and a half the rest is easy. Sooooooo I need to get registered for the Boilermaker, it's a 15K in July in Utica. I did it two years ago and it was a blast. I'm planning on running the same trail at least once a week as well as my workouts at the gym.

I've been absorbed in the Twilight Saga books so I have been taking a break from the internet and TV, I know it's wierd huh? I am getting back on track with exercise and I found a great app for my Iphone called "lose it" which tracks caloric intake and exercise. It allows you to set goals and I set a goal for a weight loss and it tracks it right on my iphone. I got back running yesterday and I am feeling better. I was a bit sore today but I think it was from the weights. Just got back from a 3 mile run and I did pretty well on that. Kept my calories way under my goal and did my run today.

I now have a goal of going back into the Army reserve next spring so I am trying to lose weight for that. I happened to run into the health care recruiter for my area, actually he came in the clinic for an appointment and right now they are offering a $30,000 bonus plus a $50,000 student loan repayment. I'll take that, I have been thinking about going back into the reserves for a while now and the only thing stopping me was my weight, so i'm going to take care of that! I can lose the weight for 30 grand, that's some nice vacation money.

Ok so here is some background for the story. I'm a single parent, my daughter's father lives in Tennessee, basically never pays his child support and is supposed to get her a plane ticket to go see him each summer. I do everything for her and work two jobs to have "fun" money for the both of us. I am starting on my nurse practitioner courses this fall, taking six credits a semester and next spring I will need to take substantial time off of work to attend class one afternoon a week. Because of this I am trying to save up leave time and not take any unnecessary leave. I work Monday to Friday 8 hours during the day and every other weekend 2-12 hour shifts. I ask you this, is it unreasonable to request that the tickets be purchased for a time that is convenient for me, perhaps the saturday or sunday of my weekend off for her flight to occur? Especially when I have let the child support issue go for so long. Well apparently that is an unreasonable request on my part, and my exhusband thought it was a good idea to buy tickets that depart and return on a TUESDAY, out of Rochester (2.5 hours away) so that it would be impossible for me to work any part of the day she gets on the plane. Honestly, she may NOT go see her father this summer at all because of this, unless he changes those tickets.

Here I am bettering myself with a graduate degree and working two jobs with four days off per month, oh and doing him a favor by not "enforcing" the child support issue and I'm supposedly the jerk because I asked for specific tickets and he allegedly cannot "afford" them (when I looked on Expedia the Saturday tickets were 207 dollars, less than he's paying). Grrrrr! I ordinarily avoid all contact with him because his stupidity tips me over the edge but I had to speak with him regarding these tickets. Well he's irritated me this time and I am going to be making a visit to the child support enforcement people and letting them know about the 20K he owes me in back child support. So much for his bar business, he will lose his beer license and drivers license and i'll have his tax returns for the next few years..... Like I care if he has no money! It's not like any of it comes my way!

So that's my off topic rant of the night, and now i'll go back to ignoring his stupidity.......:hippie:

I've been absent quite a while from the boards, it hasn't been a very good couple of months. Now it is time to get back on track with diet and exercise. I am getting rid of my scale, i'm not even going to look at the thing to track my progress. I will judge how I am doing by the fit of my clothes and how I feel! I need to get going, I did register for that half marathon after all! I may be making it a solo trip though, all by myself in a treehouse villa.... Not sure if I will be able to take all the time off I had planned to, especially with being back in school. So this week I am going to start eating better and getting back out on the road :) If I have to I will fast walk the half marathon, but I will do it one way or another :)
