Refurbs?

Are refurbs the cause for it being so difficult to find sites in Nov? DILs have been looking for an RV site for the 2nd week of Nov for over a month and there's nothing. I haven't noticed any particular big reason and have been wondering if it's just refurbs or a mix of refurbs and snowbirds.
This is the first year they've had trouble finding a site.

That is why I now have 4 reservations with some days overlapping! I had to keep trying to get the weekends of the 2nd and 3rd weeks! I now have 11 nights in a row:cool1: and hope to add a few to the end:eek: . I have a ressie for one night in the middle of my 2 weeks for a prem. and the rest are full h/u. Wonder if they will make us move for one night? I have had 3 ressies for one stay, but they were for the same type site so we didn't have to move...BUT I did have to go to the office and check in and out 3 times!!!!:mad: Oh well, beats being at home and working. It was just a waste of time, just plain stupid and annoying!:headache: .....sometimes I think Disney is run by the government!:scared:

I will be canceling a premium in a day or two for Nov. 16th-21st. I only needed the night of the 15th and the WONDERFUL online reservation system wouldn't let me have one night. I had to book the exact dates another Disser had just canceled!:confused: BUT, it wasn't a huge deal...AND I am very thankful to have had the heads up from reading the Dis! PM me if you want to try and get those dates and I will let you know when I am going to call and cancel the extra days.

I wish those were the dates. And thanks for offering :) They are looking for the 7th through the 13th.
We are meeting them there and right now we each have a cabin but it would be nice if they could get the site they wanted instead. :)
