08WISH Headsweats Hat/Visor.

OK all you WISH racing team members here it is.

I have decided to take over the Hat/Visor order from Lynne. She is not available to do it since busy in HI now. I have gotten ahold of the people at Headsweats to get together pricing and such and go over the previous order.
These are nice hats/visors, have materials that help wick sweat away and they are washable. I am wearing one of the visors in my sig photo. They have our WISH logo embroidered on the front in black.
I am getting together prices and such. Minimum order is 36.

Pricing from the Headsweats company with a min order of 36 items
Pricing
hat(yellow or limeade) $11
supervisor(yellow) $10
velocity visor(limeade) $10.50
plus $3.75 per item for embroidery
plus $1 S/H from Headsweats per order
Shipping- US Priority Mail $4.90 domestic, International price on as needed basis.
There will be Paypal fees: flat fee of 2.9% + $0.30 of total cost paid.

The one visor has a black border as seen in the photos on the website. I only own the limeade velocity visor, so not too sure. I am just kinda duplicating the previous order to make it simple. I've just volunteered to do this so it is new to me.

*Note: Would need to get an order in by end of October to beginnig of November to get hats to everyone by end of the year/Marathon weekend.*

The Supervisor has an elastic band in the back, and comes in yellow (does not come in limeaide color).

The Velocity Visor has an adjustable velcro strap in the back. (available in limeaide color ).

The hat comes in both colors, yellow or limeaide.

I'm sorry guys :sad2:, not doing hats in other colors but the "official" WISH colors. It's kinda hard to keep track of other things and using different colors and different color threads and such. Trying to just keep the hat order going for Lynne since her schedule is way too busy. Not sure what would start happening if we started ordering WISH stuff in other colors but the regular WISH alert yellow/Safety Lime colors. (Bright Lime being the "Official" color of the disboards.) I am in no position to change any of that. Pins and things can be added to your hat if you wish.


We have 12 items so far and we need 36 for a minimum order, so keep spreading the word.

OK, I'm updated.
So far there are 20 items. Just need another 16 for a minimum order!

Should get the numbers for a min order soon. I emailed her today and told her I would stop the order at 36 (which is the min) and to give me the totals for that.

Order needs to be in by beginning of November to the company to get them by WDW weekend because of the holidays and such.

I may just go ahead and order extras of the visors to complete the order if I don't get anymore in the next week or so.

4 weeks takes us to week of Dec.8th. Then I should be able to ship them out to everyone sometime that week or that next weekend. Should have them before Marathon weekend and maybe even get to "practice" with them on. It will be like a great holiday give to yourself!!

I just got the order in the mail today!!!!!!!!

It was quite a shock to get it today and so needless to say, not ready to put them together to mail out just yet.
