can you still use 2 ts credits for signiture restaurants? Do you get apps when you do this? Thanks

On the basic plan, you do not get appetizers (for age 10 and up) at signature restaurants. (The one exception is Cinderella's Royal Table. It is a fixed menu meal which includes an appetizer.)

Yes, they still cost 2 credits.
