Car Rental near Port

We're thinking of taking the Wonder on Nov 3rd and after the cruise wanted to drive down south to see some family. What rental car companies are near the port so we can reserve a car? Will they pick us up at the port and take them to their location? I thought this would be much faster and just hop on 95, instead of going back to MCO to get my car. THANKS!!!!

I know Budget and Avis both pick up at the port.
