Cornbread Mix

Our kitchen is being remodeled so I do not have the use of my oven right now. I do have a microwave & a toaster oven. Has anyone ever used Jiffy cornbread mix(or any brand) in either of these with good results?

Jiffy corn muffin mix in a 6 count muffin tin works very well in the toaster oven. It's a staple of dorm rooms everywhere along with ramen noodles. :thumbsup2
