I can't believe it's time for another weekly thread, time is flying by! This past week I officially started training for my 5th half marathon. I have to say that it's a little harder this time around, it's been almost 12 weeks since Carter was born, but I feel like my body is just now starting to feel "normal" again and there are still lots changes that I'm not cool with, but I won't go into that! ;) Let's just say that Lean Cuisine is my best friend this days. :thumbsup2 I'm heading back to work on Wednesday, so NOT looking forward to that, but one good thing about it is that I will be at a computer for 8 hours a day, so I'll have more time to post. :) Since this week kicked off MfM half marathon training, today was my first long run, 3 miles was on the books for today and it was for the most part okay. I finished in 38:49 and completed the run following r2/w3 intervals. I tried to keep my running around 11:30-12:00 and my walking in the 14:00's. Hines (my dog) ran the first 1.68 miles with me and then I dropped him off at home as I was running at about 3:00 in the afternoon and it was 79 degrees out--a little warm! The first 1.5 miles my legs were pretty stiff and my IT band was making it's presence known, I wouldn't say it was hurting, I was just aware of the ligament or tendon or whatever exactly it is. The second half of the run went much better, my legs loosened up and I didn't really feel the IT band, so I was very thankful for that!! Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day, but I think I'm going to do some core work on my stability ball, I actually do about 20 minutes of core work and push ups every day, but tomorrow I think I'll do 30-40 minutes. I gotta get back into all of my clothes, ya know?? Oh and if anyone is looking for an awesome song to run to, "Womanizer" by Britney Spears rocks!! :rockband:
Shan--I am so sorry you are still having to deal with all the post surgery stuff. You think if you have surgery, you wouldn't need a second surgery to fix it! :wizard: to you!! And I know what you mean about the Garmin, I HAVE to have my Garmin on every run (my iPod too for that matter ;)) , I can't pace myself or know the distance without it and I'm definitely NOT a zen runner who gets out there just for the beauty of it. :)
Erin--It's SO good to see you again! I hope you are enjoying HI. I'm sorry you, Lynne, and your mom won't be at WDW in January, but I guess we understand. :) Tell Lynne  for me.
Kristi--Great job on your 5 miler! Are you part bird, you were flying. ;)
Stephanie--You were flying too today! Congrats on 13.1. We have some speedy people here that's for sure. ::yes:: Good luck on your half.
Duckie--So sorry about the accident, hope you are feeling better. :wizard:
Angie--I am so sorry about your grandpa.  I lost my last grandparent when I was 19, I always tell people to never take their grandparents for granted because I would LOVE to have mine back again. By the way, how is Mr. Sean doing? I bet he is getting so big now and getting into all kinds of mischief. :)
Melanie--Welcome back!! I joined the Wish team in May 2005, so we just missed each other. I'm looking forward to training with you.
Jackie--I'm glad you are coming out of your running funk, I was there last summer and it stunk. I've found that changing my run:walk intervals really don't have that much effect on my times either and it's a nice change of pace to play with the intervals.
Kira--I hope you had a wonderful with your hubby!!
I better get off here and head to bed. I have about 3 hours until Carter wakes up wanting another bottle, I don't want to waste that time when I could be sleeping! Normally Stephen takes the 3:00ish feeding, but he is getting up at 5:00 to do his 20 miler for the Marine Corp marathon, so I'll graciously take all the feedings tonight. I better get some payback in the spring when I'm doing my 20 miler for the Flying Pig marathon!!
Have a great Sunday everyone!!

Krista - Good to see you back. I'll bet Carter is getting big!
I've been MIA lately. Just busy with WTO and LTO. I leave tomorrow for Baltimore for a conference, so won't be on the boards much. Will check in when I get back.
I've been watching the Hawaii Ironman off and on all day (Sat.) Was wondering if Lynne was there.
Happy training everyone!

I planned on taking the keiki hiking today. Ended up doing plumbing due to a leaky toilet tank. Never is a quick job, is it?
I will be doing another 20 miler on Sunday. Gotta go out early, as our Girl Scouts have a fitness day with Andy Baldwin, the guy from the Bachelor series. He was the Naval doctor here at Pearl Harbor. Anyways, will try to get a group photo with him if possible.
Have a good Sunday everyone.

So, after my 13 miles yesterday I thought it would be a good idea to shampoo all the carpets. yeah, not the best idea--I'm really sore and dragging this morning. Guess it's a good thing it's a rest day.
Susie--duh, I just looked at your signature and noticed you ARE doing the Soaring Wings Half! Will you be in WISH gear? We'll have to find a meeting place. I grew up in Conway, so I need to go look at the course map again to see where the hills are. Conway is basically flat so that's nice. But, if I'm remembering correctly, they put the one big hill right before the end. How nice, right?
Krista--you are doing AWESOME! I'm just amazed at all the new moms that get out again so soon. After both kids were born, I just hid in the house for 4 months or so. My excuse was that it was the middle of the winter in Wisconsin--but I know it's just because I was lazy. Can't wait to snuggle Carter in January.
Okay, need to check on the kidlet. Have a great week everyone

Yeah--I just bought my airline ticket for January! I've been waiting around to see if NW would come up with any fares close to Spirit (I am not a Spirit fan). Things weren't looking good--and it's pretty amazing how the airlines can play around with fares over the course of a day or two--but this morning scored a good fare.
Now I just have to go out and train!

Hey everyone!
I have nothing much to report for last week...took some time off after the duathlon, but now I can focus on training for the WDW and Sarasota halfs (halves??).
We are thinking about ING Atlanta in March. I'd love to hear about the course from anyone that's done it in the past!
Krista...great to see you getting back out there. It always takes me about 2 miles to get into a run.
Terri...have a good trip!
Maura...glad you got a good deal on flights!
Jeff...hope your 20 miler went well!
I'm going to try to get out on the bike today for some XT. I've been looking at road bikes on Craig's List but still need to get to the bike shop and find out what size I'll need.
Trying to find a free weekend to get back to WDW for a daytrip, but it's hard with DD15's marching band schedule and DD5's Sat soccer games. We were going to go next Friday since both kids were out of school, but the school board decided to use that for a hurricane makeup day
Hope everyone did well at RFTT! Can't wait to read the race reports!

Good Morning WISHers!!
Krista: Thanks for getting the weekly thread going!! Great that you have started your Half Training!! I'm in my second week. Keep at it!!
Maura: Yeah!! Glad you got your plane ticket. And yes, I think it is now time to get out there and train for the half!! GO Girl!!
Jeff: 20 miles..........you know what I have to say about that.
Mel: :wave2: It's hard to find time to go to WDW, even for us Floridians. I am going in 4 days. Had to squeeze it in between football games. I have already made ressies for December.!! Good luck with the training - when is the Sarasota Half?
AFM: It was a typical humid and warm South FLorida morning. Had pinky pistols galore!! Around mile 6 the clouds start coming around and it got breezy (as it does right before it rains) then at 6.5 a rain cloud let loose and it rained for about another half mile until it passed over. Then sun came out again and then went away around mile 7.5 another group of clouds came around and again the breeze was great. Got home after 9 miles and went in the pool VERY NICE!! The pool was a bit cool also so it was kinda like having an ice bath. While in the pool it rained, but that was ok.
So now I'm just relaxing and having some chocolate milk.
Have a good Sunday!!

Drive-by....
Mom & I just got back from a 9 miler. We did all walking and finished in 2:19:22.
In full disclosure, we stopped at her friend Donna's house at 3.75 and chatted for about a half hour. :rotfl:

Hey, everyone! Just a quick check-in before I go pick up DS15 from his marching band's parade performance.
I did the Breast Cancer 5k today and FINALLY got sub-40:00 in a 5k race (I'd done it a time or two in training but couldn't pull it off in a race situation). YAY!! :yay: The distance was actually 3.15 so maybe my time would have been slightly better than 39:58. LOL! Then again, I'm sure my time would have been even better if I hadn't taken a bad fall between miles 1 and 2 -- I banged up my right knee, wrist and elbow. My knee bled a bit at one laceration but there is another spot on top of my kneecap that is a huge swollen bubble-type spot that is making me sick to my stomach - very painful. Anway, after the 5k, we took a potty break and then did the 4.5 mile walk which turned out to be 4.75. I could not believe there were 4,000 people all trying to be on 2 lane roads most of the way. It really was a mob scene and slow going. So, I got in 7.9 miles today.

Cam - Yay for the sub-40! :cool1: Bummer about the fall :sad2: I hope you're ok. Sending :wizard: your way.
Kristi - :thumbsup2 to you and Mom on the 9 miles!
Tracy - WTG!
Steph & Jeff - great job on the double digit miles!
Nothing for me to report. I'm off to pack!

Hello!
I have been off the board for a month - started back to work and also have twin boys! So I feel out of touch. This may be a silly question - but has anyone ever experienced "pain" (more like a cramp) in the achilles tendon that comes and goes? I think it may occur after I have been in heels for a few days but I don't want it to derail my running. Any advice?

Kristi - great job on your 9 miles
Cam - glad to hear your broke 40 min for your 5K but sorry to hear you fell during the race.
Krista - thanks for starting this week's thread. Carter must be getting. Sorry we won't be there in January to see him. I will let Lynne know you said hello. She is very busy but got to be on on of the teams for the delivery Wednesday of quads (3 boys and a girl) They are all doing well.
Maura - good job on getting reasonable tickets.
Since I am not training for anything specific, I find it hard to talk myself into doing any form of exercise. I had planned on going for a bike ride yesterday. Instead I ended up mowing the lawn and hauling leaves up over the hill for 3 hours. Today I went for a 3 mile walk, rested an hour and then did a 17 mile bike ride. We won't be having many more of these really nice days.
All you training for TOT and other races, keep up the good work.

Cam--WTG on your 5K!:thumbsup2
Jeff--Your girls are so cute!
I did my longest distance last Friday, 4.4 miles. I am doing a 3R/2W and it took me 54 minutes. I was happy to finally push past the 3 mile mark. DH and I are doing a local 5 mile race this Saturday, excited about it but nervous too. I think it has a lot of hills! ACK!
Have a great week folks!

Allyson -- Congrats on that distance and your pace! :woohoo:
Back later to catch up with everyone else. Started my day at the gym for 45 minutes on the recumbent bike, though I'm not sure that was the best idea considering how swollen my knee is from falling yesterday. Tomorrow morning is my personal trainer session, then some core work on my own until my running partner and I do 2 easy miles on the treadmill for her to try out new running shoes. Tomorrow night is a swing dance class. I think I'll sleep really well tomorrow night!

Saturday I was sick. Some kind of sinus problem, sneezing and stuffed up all day. Instead of doing to 4 miles I wanted to do, I took a four hour nap. I felt a little better yesterday, but not great. I hopped on the treadmill during the Amazing Race. I ran for as long as I could during the commercials after doing a nice long warm up, so my numbers aren't great but at least I got some miles in!
Sunday:
2.51mi/46:56
Okay, the princess kitty is using my keyboard as a pillow so she tried to increase my time by11111111111111111111. HEHEHE. At least she is snuggling with me, which only happens when DBF is out. I hate to take her off my foot and get ready for work, but the sooner I get to work, the sooner I get home.

Hi everyone! Just a quickie so that I make sure to stay connected to my WISH team as I get back on the wagon!
My husband and I had a great time on Saturday night - it was wonderful to spend some time alone with him. Then it was back to reality yesterday! I put off my 6-miler until Tuesday because I ended up not having a lot of time yesterday, but I did get 4 miles in and felt pretty good.
I am planning to get some core work in today. Have a good one!

Shan - Sorry you're having so many problems with your surgery. Hope the original doctor will do the right thing! Did you go to the ortho today?
Susie - Tried the W2/R:30 today. I think I liked it? :confused3
Tricia - Congratulations on your 5K! I agree - my legs are better after the first couple of miles, but I just don't have the heart to run 2 miles BEFORE I do a 5K!
Stephanie - Great time on your 13 miles.
Krista - Great job getting out there and putting in ANY miles with a baby in the house.
Cam - :cool1: :yay: :dance3:  :cheer2: Sorry you had to add a fall to the excitement of finally going sub-40:00 though. :sad2:
Allyson - Way to go on your longest distance ever. :cheer2: Good luck on the 5 miler this weekend.
As for me - Jeanne and I met up this weekend and did a 10 mile walk. She'd warned me that the course was hilly, and she was not exaggerating. We averaged 15:17 for the 10, and we were really moving, so I know the hills slowed us down. But we got it done! Her DH lagged behind - he knew he wouldn't get a word in with us talking. :rotfl: Went out tonight and did an easy 3 miles and tried Susie's idea of W2/R:30. Probably a good idea, since I had the worst shin splints I've had in a couple of years. Took me almost 2 miles for them to stop hurting. The good news is my run intervals (short though they were) were really fast! I'm trying to decide whether I want to try running with my Galloway group this weekend or stick to the long walks for now.

Hey all. Well, after my good 13 miles on Saturday, I managed to break my big toe on Sunday (at least I"m assuming it's broken) I'm not paying the dr. to tell me it's broken and then tell me there's nothing to do for it but rest, ibu, ice and tape. So, I was pretty mad yesterday, but today I'm doing better--and the toe feels better, most of the swelling has gone down. So, no training to report today. Hoping if all goes well, to try the bike sometime tomorrow--but not gonna push it if there is any pain

Take care of that toe. Dr. Jeff prescribes rest, not bike riding. Take it easy for a week, then see how it feels.

Stephanie - hope your toe gets better soon! Yikes! As for the Conway half, I haven't signed up for it yet so I need to get busy. I want to use it as a training run for the half I'm doing in November but I am not prepared AT ALL. I guess this past weekend I should have done a 10-miler in prep for the Conway race but I did a 50 mile bike ride instead. :rolleyes1 I'll probably still do it but it won't be pretty...especially if there are a lot of hills involved. Do you know if there is a time limit? I didn't see one on the Website. I may need all the time I can get. Yes, I will wear a WISH shirt. That motto of coming in last may be my motto for this race. :teeth: I'd love to meet up with you. You'll finish WAY before I will so maybe we can meet up a little before the race. What do you think?
Cam - congrats on your PR!!!!! Sorry about the knee.
Jackie - the W2/R 30 sec. took me a few times to get used to it but I like it better than the W4/R1. Jeff actually recommended the W2/R1 but I modified it to the W2/R 30 sec. and he said that was OK, too. Probably not as good as the other but will suffice. I'm a very inefficient runner so I need all the help I can get. Ha! I'm glad you and Jeannie could do a long walk together. Time just seems to go by faster when I walk with someone else.
Allyson - way to go on your new distance! Good luck with the 5-miler. I'm sure you'll do just fine.
Jen (twinmickeys) - welcome back! Can't help you on the Achilles problem but I am sure there are WISHers that can. I'm not sure I'm understanding your post about the twin boys. Did you just recently give birth? If so, CONGRATULATIONS! :cool1:  :woohoo: Twice the fun!
Hi Tracy! I wish I had a pool to dip into. You need it for that Florida weather.
Kira - sounds like you had a good weekend. :)
Jeff - sounds like the event was fun. Did you get to eat what you cooked? Thanks for pics
Kristi - congrats to you and your mom for the 9-miler. It's nice that you have your mom to train with.
Terri - sounds like you're going on a trip. Is it for pleasure? If so, hope you have a good time!
No training for me lately - well, not much. I have been riding my bike but that's about it. I have officially finished my cycling events for the season so now I can concentrate on my walking.

Susie,
The salad plate on the bottom had refried beans, a romaine lettuce w/vinagrete. Then, I cooked garlic, snow peas, corn, roma tomato, red onion, garlic, grapes, green and red bell peppers. I passed on the water chestnuts, bean sprouts, salsa, cheese. I topped it with cajun spice, and grilled chicken. A splash of balsamic vinegar.
It was very good. For a salad, it was very filling, and so many different flavors and textures.
Everyone who participated was enjoying this warm salad.

Susie--I might be able to find out about time limits from my dad. He's usually roped into traffic control or finish line duties of Conway races--being he ran with that group for so long. Let me see what I can find out. I know that we'll do the same hill twice, once at the start and once at the finish (actual finish is downhill). I need to review the course map again to see if there are any other "hills" on the course. Conway is pretty flat, so I can't imagine there are many, if any others.

Allyson - Way to go on your farthest run ever!!! I love this time of year when people start breaking their records fro distance. :cheer2:
TwinMickeys - No advice on teh achilles. Just cramps up every now and then? I'd attribute it to heels. Wish I could eb mroe help!
mla - Hope you're feeign better!!!!
Maura - Grr to NWA. 2nd time I've scheduled n/s flights with them in advance adn the second tiem tehy jerked me around. Last year, tehy bumped em up from afternoon to 11 am. I didn't have that time to take off. Just got an e-mail over teh weekend that my N/S from FNT now stops at MCO. That takes 2 hours fromm my WDW time and makes it a much harder flight for dh. Grrr... Glad you got the price you wanted. We actually got a great price, just isn't as greatof a flight any more.
Had a good 6-miler when I really wanted to stay home Saturday, so I was pleased. Last week was from you-know-where and my weekday training was zilch. :(

Carrie I hate when the flight schedules change, and fortunately there are enough from DTW that I can usually get them to change to another flight without charging change fees. I say--be persistent, but polite (My DH would laugh his a__ off if he was looking over my shoulder since he knows I'm not that patient or polite, but fortunately he's in Indy on a business trip:) ) See if you can get them to change it to something ore desirable. Never hurts to ask.
As for me... last night the dog decided that 1:30 was a good time to wake up and start whining. I thought I left my "crying children" days behind me! Anyway, never did get back to sleep and turned the volume on the alarm clock down, so today became my Firday rest day.

Good going on the miles and minutes hitting the pavement everyone. Keep it up!
86 days to the family 5K, 87 days to the start of the Donald Duck Half marathon, and 88 to the Mickey marathon. I hope everyone's training is right on schedule. If not, here's a swift kick to your okole (rear end) to get it in gear.
If your nursing injuries, get well, and train smart. Don't overdo it and show up unprepared on race days.
As for me, I followed up Sunday's cruddy 20 mile run, with a excellent Tuesday 10 miler. 8:25 average pace. We skipped Diamond Head today, since the sun is setting much earlier. Not fun running in the dark, wondering if there is a crack or pothole in the sidewalk to trip or fall on.
Have a great week team.

Well, I am back at work now. I'm so not happy to be here. But Carter is at my sister's house, so I know he is okay, it's just hard being away from him. :sad1: Stephen dropped him off this morning, which was good as I wouldn't have been able to leave him. I'm just counting down the minutes until 5:00. :thumbsup2 I did get a training run in last night (in between my tears  ), I had 35 minutes scheduled and did 2.74 miles on the TM. I did intervals of r3/w3 with my run pace at 11:45 and my walk pace at 13:57. I threw in an extra minute of running in there at 1 mile, 2 miles, and 2.5 miles, that darn Britney Spears song made me keep running. Yes, I listened to it 3 times--twice in the run and then once during my core work afterwards. It is SUCH a good song. :teeth: Today is a rest day, tomorrow another 35 minutes on the TM, I'll have to do it before work as I refuse to waste any time with Carter on the TM.
Allyson--Congrats on your 4 miler!!!! That is awesome! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Cam--A huge congrats on your PR!!! I am so proud of you!!! Can't wait to see you and Howard NEXT weekend! :cheer2:
Carrie--Delta changed our flights too for marathon weekend. We were supposed to get in 1/9 at 9:30am, and they changed the flight to leaving Cincinnati at 9:30am. Grrr. At first we were just going to deal with getting into MCO 2 hours later, but then decided to a take flight late Thursday night. :cheer2: :cheer2: Glad you had such a good run on Saturday!
Jackie--I'm glad you had such a good 10 miler with Jeanne, I wish I had someone to train with! I really like doing intervals too, I have tried straight running and I just don't really like it, I get bored! And doing intervals is SO much better on your legs. I know I'm preaching to the choir though!
Shan--How did your appt go?
MLA--Hope you are feeling better!!
I think I'm going to call my sister and see how Carter is doing, I made it 2.5 hours without checking on him. I think I am doing good!

Hey guys!
Krista - those first days away are so hard! It won't be long before you're in a new rhythm, but those first few weeks are tough. Give Carter lots of hugs!!
I did not do what I planned - I just couldn't get myself out the door to run yesterday. I think I am going to go back to basics for a week or two, and just push myself to get out the door to run three times a week without worrying about distance or pace. When I run I really feel great, but I am so busy now that I have been having trouble carving out the time. It needs to go back to the priority level it had for me a few months ago.
Thanks, Jeff - I think a kick in my okole is just what I need right now!

Krista--Maybe Scott and I will bump into you and Steve in the airport. We were supposed to be getting into Orlando at 6:30 on Thurs evening. But Airtran keeps bumping the time later and later! I hope we still get in Thurs. by the time Jan. rolls around as I'm supposed to run the 5K with a buddy on Friday! Hope you survived the day.
Did 40 min. on the recumbent bike today. Not much in the way of toe pain, which is a big plus. I might trying walking on the TM tomorrow just to try 'er out. Night all!

Stupid ipod, stupid nike+
Grrrr!
Okay, probably just stupid ipod.
I finished my workout. It showed in the history. I plugged it into the computer and it didn't load. Then nothing showed in the history. I reset the ipod. Then all the history showed except for the 1.76 miles I had just completed.
GRRRR!

Ya, I gave up on the Nike+ thing. Never could get it calibrated right and I lost so many runs with that thing. I had problems all the time. I really don't like how you can't manually put in your runs if it messes up. I feel your pain!

DBF got me a Nano and the Nike+ since I told him how serious I was about the training. The calibration seems okay. I'm going to re-do it at the track at the HS on Sunday probably since I used the treadmill the first time. I'm going to use it for now and see what happens when the battery dies.
I've just decided to try to get a Coast to Coast medal if they offer it next year. DBF hasn't quite caught on that the race is in WDW, but I'll let him know soon enough. I'm still working on the birthday trip first.

Good morning!!
mia1977, did you see that the registration for DL is NOW open? I'm trying to check to see if they are offering the coast to coast (C2C? :lmao: ) medal again, too! Oh, Robert? do you have knowledge?
Tracy, have a MAGICAL time!! :dance3:
Kira,
Stephanie, How's the toe? :flower3:
Managed to get in some "bonus" strength training yesterday, even though it's traditionally a rest day. Figured I've rested enough, I need to get back into condition!! :goodvibes Anne

Hmmm... I may have to consider this seriously. How quickly do you think it will fill up? I probably have to wait about a month before I can register for it.
Umm, also, the date would be SUNDAY, September 6? That makes sense to me based on the 5k date.
Maherae

Yep, that's the date it says here:

My only desire is for that C2C medal...must wait for confirmation that it's being offered!!

Me too, but since I don't have any other trips to DLR planned I may have to figure out a way to fit this in.

Oh, I like my nike +. I tried to calibrate it once when I was using my daughter's nano, but couldn't get quite right. I got a new ipod for my birthday in aug. and haven't tried to calibrate it. I know from some TM workouts that .92 miles on the ipod= 1 actual mile. I also like the time function and have never lost any data. I'm not a great runner, but it has been fun this year.
I just signed up for a 15K that is being run Saturday. Lungstrong 15K near
charlotte. I'm not quite as ready as I was for the Minnie marathon.
Now, how could I get to WDW for the TOT race? Sounds like it would be fun.

And just how fast does the DL 1/2 fill up?
That medal is pretty cool.
My DD may run the Princess 1/2-she called today to say she ran 2 miles and walked 1/2 mile. Her older sister called to say she had run today (don't know how far). I've got them going now.:thumbsup2

Who killed this thread???
HELLLLLLLLLOOOOOO OUT THERE?
I went out with the intent of doing 10 miles. At mile 5, I lost a battle with a bee. Bee 1 - Jeff O.
I'm allergic to bee and wasp stings, but I think the adrenaline flowing due to the run, kept me from breaking out in hives, and anaphylaxis shock.
I ended up with 8 miles at 8:34 average pace.
Took some antihistamine a precaution.

Hey WISH'ers....happy Friday!
Jeff I recently had an encounter with a wasp and also came out on the losing end. Fortunately, I'm not allergic, but that thing itched and hurt for at least 2 weeks. Hope yours heals quickly.
Got my 3.6 miles in this morning. Training is going reasonably well so far. Feel good from the knees up--just need to find a way to keep my legs loose from the knees down!
Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. We are expecting sunny and cool--good weather to get outdoors.

Hey fellow WISHers. Finished up my runs for the week. Ran close to 15 miles with an average pace of 11:36 for the week. I tried so hard to pick it up a bit, but I just can't seem to get back under 11:00. It is really bothering me! :headache:
Knee did well this week, matter of fact I canceled my orthopedic appointment! :rolleyes1
Going on a walking ghost tour tomorrow night with DH. Can't wait! Hope everyone is doing well and has a great weekend! :grouphug:
