what am I missing?
It's for goody bags for my dad's birthday. I'm putting in some candy bars (personalized w/a wrapper from Telynn :flower3: ), some mini candy bars (thanks again Telynn), a personalized magnet (will have to ask to get this personalized later).
Anything to be personalized for a goody bag I'm missing?
They are already getting t-shirts in their room. I'm looking for little things, grab baggy type but still cute.

What about mini bubbles or even a regular sized container of bubbles (6 in a pack at Dollar Tree for...$1!!)
Mint Matchbooks- It is cardstock folded like a matchbook but instead matches at the small turned up fold (where matches would be) You staple in a mint or lifesaver or a creme saver etc even a ghiradelli chocalate- all can be found individually wrapped-
small notebooks, address books (great for having all of the family add their addresses, ph #'s and e-mails to before seperating after the trip)
mailing labels- Can just do one sheet or two and maybe a pic of your Dad in a b-day hat or t-shirt- the receiver can use to send thank-you's or even just every time they write specifically to him throughout the year of his # Birthday that you all are celebrating- will be easier to remind someone that dad may appreciate a quick letter or short note occassionally
You can also add temp tattoos and stickers- Maybe a DVD label to put on their pics CD from the celebration...
Hope some of those help

I am working on a smiliar idea for my family when we leave the end of NOvember. I have also planned the bubble gum wrappers, Hershey nuggets characters, pins I purchased off Ebay and some static clings for the windows of our resort. I had also thought about adding in pressed penny tubes and checklists (although I am having a really tough time finding the mini M&Ms tubes. I am also adding the tshirts in the goody bags. I am still on the lookout for other items to add to these bags. So any help that others can offer would be greatly appreciated.

You can sometimes find the M&M tubes at the checkout line at Wal-Mart. I had a hard time finding them also. Dollar Tree has Disney Character figurines that could be a "hint" as to what they are going to see. For younger kids, sidewalk chalk at Dollar Tree is a big hit. I found tons of items at Dollar Tree - jumpropes, frisbees, tops, crayons, glow-in-the dark necklaces, etc. The glow-in-the dark necklaces/bracelets were great and for a buck much cheaper than buying one at the parks. You could include stickers to use in a scrapbook when you return. What about an extra memory stick for their camera? I used the money envelopes and left cash in one each morning for my son. He was 8 and he LOVED getting his own money to spend. Umbrellas, ponchos, sunscreen, and chapstick are also good to include. You can sometimes find Disney chapstick at Wal-Mart. I found ink pens with characters on the top at Wal-Mart. Good Luck and I hope I have given you some ideas.

Thank you so much for all of your wonderful ideas! Unfortunately I don't have any little kids (my Nephews are 13 and 9) but all of your dollar tree finds sound wonderful. I am still on a hunt for those darn M&M tubes- that's my biggest challenge now. I am so excited to give the goody bags to my family. Again, Thank you so much for all of the fabulous ideas!!!

My son found glow in the dark swords at Dollar Tree. He's 8 and thinks we should buy them for our trip in two years. I'm not sure how long they will last but they are a hit right now.
