I sent back my closing package WITH check Monday a week ago. Unfortunately, until this time, the sellers have not returned their paperwork. It turns out there are 3 sisters who own the timeshare. This could take some time, right? I was hoping to have it closed by this week so I could begin attempting to get a reservation for Dis Con 2002.

I'm not planning on making any reservations until this fall, but our seller didn't get the paperwork notarized properly, so we have been in a holding pattern for a week and a half.

The last points that we bought took a while to get all settled too. It turned out that the soon-to-be-divorced man didn't tell his soon-to-be-ex-wife that he was selling until it was time for her to sign the papers. She wasn't sure she WANTED to sign, so we were in a holding pattern for a while.
