can some one tell me who is the General Manger of the contempoery resort .

I just would like to let him or her knoe what a staff member who was amizam and went above and beyond .

Definitely email them! I sent an email about my trip in December and someone from Disney called me to thank me and that the cast members will be recognized.

Does anyone know how they recognize the employees? Do they tell them abou the email?

well I seen the cast member receive balloons and two special back stage pass to sum event . .

well I seen the cast member receive balloons and two special back stage pass to sum event . . I recently faxed a letter to the hotel to wish the staff a merry Christmas and to thank the staff for the magic of my last vacation.

the reason I did this is because the cast member who received this award went over to my nice and gave up her congratulation balloons and told her it was from Mickey mouse and he tolled her to give to wish her a happy birthday and these are form him.

If this is not going Above and Boyne your job is I don't know what is !
