Is a cooler necessary for in room at AKL and BC?

Hello to all...40 more days and counting!! I was wondering if it is necessary to bring a cheap cooler to have in the room at AKL and BC. We usually do this at other hotels to have cold, cheap soda on hand and milk for cereal that we bring when we eat breakfast in the room, But I was wondering is this necessary if we use the refillable mug program and can get fast breakfast at the hotels? Where would we get breakfast cereal and bagels...things for a lite breakfast at the hotel or would it be cheaper to bring our own from "Goodings"? Thanks for any advice!

goodings is definitely cheaper - but Publix is better - so is the winnie dixie. bring the cooler it will same you value time in the morning - the only place for a fast breakfast is the beaches and cream - but one day allow time for the character breakfast at Cape May Cafe it is worth it.
