? About Banked Points

First I would like to say what a great site this is. It has provided me some much needed guidance, and has assisted in my decicision not only to purchase, but to do it site unseen. I am in the process of purchasing points at OKW, and hope to close in the next two weeks.
My First question is that the property that I am purchasing has 47 banked points from 2000 and Dec. is the use year. When do I have to use these banked points by?
Second, when will I be able to make a reservation? Can I do it the day I close when I get my member number?

I don't know if I should be more excited about closing or making my first resie.

You will have until November 30, 2002 to use the 47 banked points.

It is my understanding you will need to wait until you close to make the reservation.

You cannot reserve until after you close. Upon closing, Disney is sent the closing documents and then you get member number; thus not likely you can do it on day you close but probably a few days later (you can call and get member number then).
