I have been considered to have a job at Epcot as a cast member at the Canadian Pavillon. Is there any other canadian who ever had a job overthere or have been considered?
I am waiting a phone call from them to know exactly my departure date.
Did you ever consider to be a part of WDW family in Florida or Paris?

Wow! What exciting news for you. My daughter has considered applying to work in EPCOT in the future, but I don't know of anyone personally who has done so. Let us know when you get the details of your departure.

Wow you must be so excited at the prospects of working for Disney!

I don't know of anyone personally that has ever been lucky enough to work there but everyone of the CM's that I've spoken with that were from Canada were very happy with their jobs!:)

Good luck!;)

My Friend Greg whose from MOntreal worked on the Disney Wonder for about 3 years..... he really enjoyed himself and met a lot of great people. He was the DJ! If i was you, I'd go for it. I'd do it even just for the experience but it's hard to do when you havea small child.

Last year we chatted with a CM at the WS Canada who lived a couple minutes from my house in Ontario! She loved working at Epcot! Good Luck! S

Ooooh. How exciting for you! My DD (10½) has career aspirations of being a WDW CM. Lofty ambition, but it's hers. Let us know how you make out! DJ on the Wonder! Now that's a job I'd like!

Cool, I'm the first WDWIP alum to actually post.
I worked at the Canada pavillon for 1 year July 97-July 98, definitely one of the best experinces of my life. You muct be 18 yrs old and they come to Canada twice a year to recruit and interview. They usually visit 5 or 6 cities each trip.
You can only work for one year as you receive only a temporary work permit and they will literally kick you out of the country when it expires. :D
I worked in Le Cellier as a server for 6 months and outside on the carts for 6 months. If you want more info check out this web site www.wdwip.com which a friend of mine created.
The best part or working there, I met my fiancee. :earsgirl:
