Princess and pirate party

Just read somewhere that they are planning princess and pirates parties in February 2009 in DLP?!? (Small bit on wiki and in an interview on DLRP magic.)

Has anyone heard of this? We are currently planning a trip to DLP in early march but would probably go earlier if this was going to be on. I don't know what to do now....book March or wait for news of parties that might not happen!!!:confused:

Sounds great - just a thought - might it be in Feb to coincide with half term (if not here in the UK then in France maybe?). If so, it might be very very busy. I would be interested but not if it's then as DD1 doesn't start school until next September and I'm going to avoid school holidays until I have to :lmao:

A Small World - is it mega busy at half term? I read somewhere the half terms are the busiest of the year? It's enough to put me off but tbh at some point it's going to inevitably be an issue for you ;)

Sorry we've never been at half term before but always have to go at busy times - Easter, summer, Christmas so we're used to it now.

February half term was much busier than the weeks surrounding it judging by other people's trip reports, but still perfectly OK. I noticed the prices had jumped up hugely for next year though, wonder if this might be why or just generally prices are up. It was VERY cold though.
