Purchasing add-on points

I am :confused: if we were to purchase extra points does it have to be at our home resort?

I know you have to purchase min of 25 points.

Could anyone give any advice

No, you can add on at any resort subject to Disney having points available for you use year. If they don't you can ask to go on a wait list for those points
