Wow, most of those require rather lengthy answers... an unqualified yes or no in many cases would lead to people judging me! I may attempt these answers later, no time now.

Im for it remaining legal and affordable

Im all for having a chick for president...my wife pretty much runs things at home and does a better job than I could do.

Yes...yes I do. As a matter of fact, if a guy pleads guilty, Im not sure why we have to waste tax money on a trial...if theres photographic proof...again, save the country some money. And if decided guilty by a jury...why wait years to execute? Time is food and money to support him while on death row...do it and get it over with.

6) Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
I DO wish it were legal, more so than Alcohol...Ive never gotten into a fight while stoned, never drive like a maniac while stoned, and the consumption of junk food may be enough to stimulate the countrys economy enough to get us out of this recession.

7) Are you for or against premarital sex?
All for it...unless its my daughters!!!

8) Do you believe in God?
I do...and Im pretty sure he believes in me...he may wonder where he went wrong with me, but he cant help but to believe in me.

9) Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
Sure, why not...they should have to lose half their crap when they start hating each other just like the rest of us.

If she has help in learning to raise it...like parents who want to.

12) Should the alcohol age be lowered to 18?
Yes...with required breathalysers in every vehicle sold.

14) Assisted suicide is illegal, do you agree?
yes....suicidal people need mental help, sometimes just someone to understand what they are going through is enough to snap them out of it. BUT if someone is diagnosed with a terminal illness, and wants to end their suffering early...I think they should be allowed to die if thats their choice.

Yes...I wish everyone else did as well. This would be a safer place to live and raise those children.

ooooooo..this is a controversial one!!! I may catch alot of slack for this...but a million dollars is alot of money. Im sure Id find a way to justify it to myself....its literally just a piece of fabric, no one would be harmed, and I would make a ton of enemies...but I could buy more friends with the million!!!

5) Do you support the death penalty?not entirely. I don't believe it is a humans' responsibility to judge. However, I DO think it is the governments responsibilty to keep the people safe; which often includes removing dangerous individuals from the rest of the population. I would like for these people to rot in jail and receive ultimate punishment on their own personal judgement day....however I realize that disposing of their lives is less of a drain on our jails and taxpayer dollars.

12) Should the alcohol age be lowered to 18?yes. I think if you're old enough to be granted the responsibility to vote, then you should be allowed to drink. If we are honest, many 18 year olds drink anyway and do it carelessly because it is taboo.

A swat on the behind when a toddler is doing something dangerous..or a slap is one thing, other than that, I've never felt there has been a situation where I couldn't handle it with words. Although..they may have been LOUD words! As they've grown taller than I am, I find it works well to threaten them with a cast iron frying pan, and then I remind them of their mother's Italian heritage..it works.

She was as insane as anyone could be. She is the definition of insanity and she should be in a forensic hospital and not in jail. And I dont think her husband is to blame either. He did just as anyone of us would have done in the same circumstances. He did the best he could with what he had. It is always easy in retrospect to say "yeah i shouldnt have done this or that and maybe i should have done this better or differently". As a family member of someone with a serious mental illness and a mental health advocate, i know that there are millions of people in the same circumstances due to the sorry state of our mental health system and health care system in general.

I'm wondering about Rog's breathalyzer suggestion for car's operated by those under 21. Couldn't they simply have someone who is sober breathe into it. Also..there are plenty of people over 21 who drive drunk as well. Maybe all cars should be equiped with them..but then I imagine we're talking about restricting one's personal liberties. I think it's good idea, I just don't know how enforceable it would really be.
I think Education has been..and still is the key to having kids under 21 realize the dangers of drunk driving. Having the age restricted to 21...only makes them abuse it more. Ask any college student.

Auntie...I actually suggested the every car sold should come equipped with one, period. Sure, anyone could get a sober person to blow for them...but assuming the sober person cares enough to blow for them...Im sure they would care enough to take the keys since they are already in their hands and the owner knows he may be drunk enough that he needs someone to blow for him. This would be a win win situation for everybody...drunks wouldnt be able to drive as easily...and non drinkers wont die from drunks as often.
I was arrested Saturday before last with suspicion of DWI...its gonna cost me a fortune with lawyer fees, fines, reinstatements, etc....if the device were already on my vehicle...this wouldnt be an issue for me.

I just don't see auto makers producing a vehicle that is going to have a breathalyzer. I think they would be opening themselves up for a variety of law suits the very first time someone did get in an accident and alcohol was involved. Did the machine malfunction?..was it not accurate?..is the auto maker also responsible for any injury or loss of life caused by someone who should have known better. Also.. by requiring something like that in a car..is it a first step down a slippery road of having government play too big a part in our personal lives? Should we not hold ourselves responsible for anything? It's pretty simple. You don't drink and drive. We need the car to tell us that?..Really? One night was all it took to get hooked, lose their house, marriage, and years of no contact with their children. One of them has managed to stay clean but needs constant support to stay clean. Well I have to be honest and admit when Im wrong. You guys are 100% right on this...I wasnt really looking at it from this perspective. I know...some of us are much less responsible than others, and it would certainly benefit the screw ups in this world that know when to say when....as long as they are sober!!! But once sobriety disappears, the word "WHEN" becomes a state of nostalgia...as in "Hic, burp, Remember when I was sober...god...tha'wu'zoh'looong'ago!!!!":sad2: We are allowed to make fewer and fewer decisions on our own these days...and I really dont WANT this to be a decision the government makes for me and others like me...but in MY case....it may be a neccessity.
